- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.

Great Townhome
My friends and I met in Nashville for a weekend. The management company was great and allowed us in early since a few of us had flights that got is in at 7am. Rhe place is clean and great for friends, groups etc. Kroger is right across the street and Hattie Bs is close and delivers. There are little tolietry boxes in each bathroom and the kitchen with all essentials. The only issue we had was since the neighborhood is new deliveries and Uber had issues. So make sure you give good instructions. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Nashville retreat
This property is new and still in an area with ongoing construction. So overall that will improve as construction is done. Place was quiet. For me it was close to my son so location ideal but not a real walking area for walking to restaurants or bars if interested in that. Bathrooms only one set towels- found extras in closet in one room we didn't even use on the day we left so better distribution needed. loved the rooftop area which we used. Just a few maintenance items needed- loose doorknob from garage to house, could use hand towel hook or ring in bathrooms. Had difficulty with TV use and called and got help right away. Also instructions regarding entering code (which had not yet been sent) confusing but again online help immediately which was appreciated. Very nice property overall.
