As you enter, you'll discover inviting open-floor living rooms that connect to the kitchen areas. The formal family rooms are ideal for gathering everyone together for quality time, whether watching your favorite shows on the smart TVs or enjoying game night before heading out for an exciting evening. The living room in unit one also offers a sleeper sofa, while unit two offers a full fold-out bed for additional sleeping arrangements for your friends or family.
Kitchens:
The modern kitchens come fully equipped with stylish stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the necessary cooking basics, allowing the culinary enthusiasts in your group to create delectable homemade dishes. Each morning, the coffee makers provide a quick and easy way to kick-start your exciting day ahead.
Bedrooms:
Each of our four units offers exceptional comfort and convenience. Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 all feature a primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed, a smart TV, and ample closet space. For additional sleeping arrangements, Unit 1 provides a sleeper sofa in the living room, while Units 2, 3, and 4 each include a full fold-out bed neatly tucked away in the closet.
Parking:
Free parking on premises. All numbered spaces in the parking garage are available for use. Only four cars per reservation. Additional Street parking is available first come, first serve.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! The kitchen set includes a dishwashing tablet, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.
- The bathroom set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, body lotion, and linen spray. We'll also provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom. Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
