- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $25 – covers $500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.

Nice Comfortable Property!
Just as described. Comfortable stay with a full kitchen. Walking distance to Centennial Park and the Parthenon. A bit too far to walk to Broadway but Uber was readily available and cheap enough. Would recommend if staying closer to downtown is not an option. Rooms were clean with a full kitchen. Communication with the property management was easy and check in was a breeze.

Great place
We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean and I’m working order! It smelled really nice as well every time we walked into the room. We had an issue with the keypad code, but the property worker assisted very quickly with reaching out to the property maintenance and fixed it within minutes! It is a great location. Short work to multiple places! Short Uber ride to downtown and broadway! Definitely recommend booking!

High crime area
This property is in a high crime area. Very unsafe to be an out of towner. The room was great, but woke up to my car and several others having the windows busted out. Started talking to the local residents and they said this was section 8 housing and they don't lock there cars so the windows don't get busted out. The cameras did not work to the building to get any idea of when it happened throughout the night. I do not recommend this place.

Great and quiet
This is a great place to stay if you’re avoiding the party scene of Nashville. It’s close enough to get downtown and to every other part of Nashville. This place is very clean, the photos follow what the place actually looks like, and the neighborhood was super super quiet. it is in walking distance to Vanderbilt. And it had a few places to go that were in walking distance as well.
