Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $75 – covers $1000 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.

GoodNight made it EASY!
Couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! Check in process was well communicated and easy. There was always staff member in the lobby if we had questions. Loved the Latch App for entry- Brilliant! Broadway about a mile away- it’s a nice walk in the day and quick Uber to get home at night. There is a railway near the property but I didn’t find it disruptive at all. Hope to return when it is warmer to enjoy the pool!

Great Stay, Awesome Location!
This is a great 3 bedroom unit at the Hyve - perfect location with easy access to the Gulch and Broadway - the apartment was really well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of nice bathroom products. Would highly recommend for groups or individuals looking for a place in Nashville!

Great girls getaway!
We went on a girls trip for the weekend and this was the perfect property to stay at! We were only about a mile from Broadway, which was perfect to stay somewhere that was separate from all the business of Broadway. The vrbo was very clean, neat, and clearly very new. We had everything we could have needed. The city views from the balcony at night were stunning. The pool and gym were great amenities to utilize. Would stay again
