Challenge your companions to a friendly game of outdoor ping pong, or unwind in the inviting lounge areas around the firepit on cooler winter nights.
Please Note: The pool is open seasonally May-October from 10am-10pm at the discretion of the HOA.
Parking:
Convenient parking is available in a first-come, first-served covered garage on-site. If garage spaces are occupied upon arrival or if you have additional vehicles, street parking offers an ample alternative.

- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Guest agrees to provide identity & credit card authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The room was pristine and felt brand new, adding to the comfort of our stay. The Goodnight Stay team was prompt and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Its close proximity to Broadway and the convention center was incredibly convenient. It's worth noting the presence of a nearby homeless shelter, which might be a concern for safety when walking outside at night. However, within the building, we felt completely secure and safe throughout our stay

Beautiful condo with a great city scape view. Walking distance to almost everything. Just beware that the second bedroom is a bunk bed & there is no hot tub as listed in the amenities. Using LATCH was great as well as the secure covered parking. Nashville itself was great!
