- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs, $100 per pet fee required.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.

Great home for our family. Plenty of room for multi-gen family.
We stayed a little less than a week and cooked a majority of our meals in this rental. The rental had everything we needed to prepare and cook the meals. The grocery store within walking distance was a plus. Unfortunately it snowed most of our visit so didn’t get to use the rooftop, but it looked like an amazing place to hang out. Having an attached garage was also a plus with it snowing and raining. We will be back and would book this rental again.

Clean and spacious.
House was very clean and bedrooms were large enough for all guests. Roof top is a fun extra space to hangout. Only bad comment is the door code wasnt provided 48hrs prior to our stay. Immediately called the help line and was assisted with door entry code and problem was solved in a few minutes. Would stay again!

Tall and Skinny
Nice-sized townhouse plenty big for us all to stay in. Very convenient to where our family lives, but also to plenty of places around town as well. Well-appointed, comfortable bedding, and we are always looking for pet-friendly options. I will say that it is LOUD: the inside lends itself to the sounds of lots of stomping (even when you’re NOT stomping), and there’s a ton of ambient noise as well (from the street).

Everything about the unit was exceptional. However the main draw back was the lack of TV's for the kids. The adults didn't mind though. Also, the garbage collection was ridiculous. When we arrived the trash was piled up all in and around the garbage cans outside. Both cans were full to the top and smelled really bad. The garbage was never picked up from outside so as we had trash, we had to keep it inside of the garage until it was time for us to check out. I don't know if the people there before us just didn't take out the trash but it looked really bad as we pulled up to the unit and there is this garbage heep out for all to see

House was clean & prepared when we got there... very nice & roomy... love the upstairs patio...that's where we spent most of our evenings... location was good... Albertsons within walking distance & we didn't need to drive far for anything we needed...
