Lark's Nest Mountain View is a comfortable and cozy duplex just a few minutes from downtown Helen.
Oktoberfest 20% Oompah Midweek Special - Arrive on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday Night. Minimum 2-night stay. Receive 20% OFF Rental Rate on Selected Rentals. Must have an arrival date by October 29, 2024. Not valid for stays that include Weekends or Holidays. Only One Discount Applied per Reservation. This property has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.
There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.
Minimum Age Requirement: Lark's Nest Mountain View is a Luxury Property and is available to families or guests 25 years and older.
Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles.
Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Innsbruck Pickle Ball Courts and the Community Swimming Pool.
Pets: Lark's Nest Mountain View is Not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
