One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condo is a completely renovated beach oasis! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by modern decor and furnishings. The gourmet kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and brand new counter tops. Your own washer and dryer makes life a breeze while on vacation. If a rainy day comes along, don't worry because there are TV's in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room! There is a bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom, a queen bedroom next to the hall bath, and an oversized primary suite with a luxurious walk-in shower. The beach lies right across the street and the ocean views can be seen from your balcony in the living room and primary bedroom. 2 blocks away you can find fishing at the pier, take surf lessons, or pe into some of the beach's freshest seafood! There is something for everyone here: couples, friends and families alike will be thrilled! 203 Ocean Pointe Villas allows 1 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC001637. Love Folly We had a great stay! The condo was immaculate and well appointed with dishes and supplies. Beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the shore.

Great property Great week at the beach. Wonderful location with amazing views. Great place to spend time with my family. Parking overnight is an issue so i would suggest bringing only 2 vehicles if possible. We had a great week. Hate to see it end. Will definitely be back.

Best beach vacation ever The VIEW!!!! Just sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the beach. The breeze coming through the house was refreshing. The welcoming amenities were perfect. Tastefully decorated. Just everything you want in the beach. Extremely clean area. Close to the history and lovely Archie Charleston.

Folly Beach - Ocean Point Villas We had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Point Villas.The condo was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to prepare meals at the condo. Amazing ocean view from the deck. I would highly recommend and would book again!

Thanksgiving retreat Located in the heart of Folly with gorgeous views of the ocean. Condo was well equipped with products and nicely decorated. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Perfect location We had such a good time staying in the condo. I loved that we all had our own bathrooms! It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach before it got crazy hot.
