One of Folly's Best! The Champagne Cottage is a two bedroom two bath peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and a quick walk to the 4th street beach access. This home’s open living area invites in plenty of natural light, boasts original hardwood throughout, and has a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. Smart TVs in every room to kick back and stream your favorite shows. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fully fenced yard while you have your morning coffee on the porch. Champagne Cottage does not allow pets.

Fabulous rental near the beach Run every morning on the beach, walk to grocery and restaurants. Ideally located in wonderful neighborhood, clean, comfortable, updated, perfect in every way for our needs. Highly recommend this sweet champagne cottage.

The best place ever! This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
