Walk to Charleston City Market, Rainbow Row, Waterfront Park, Battery Park, King Street shopping and book a horse-drawn carriage tour – all within a few blocks.

PALMETTO LOFT has been renovated and furnished to reflect the owner's love for travel. This loft is the perfect fusion of quintessential Charleston meets a mid-century modern vibe. It boasts high ceilings and original hardwood floors throughout. This one-of-a-kind Charleston loft, comfortably SLEEPS 4 GUESTS, with a KING BED dressed in luxury linens in the second story loft plus an additional QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA in the comfortable main floor living area. This chic apartment includes one full bath and a one half bath. Enjoy Bluetooth speakers up and downstairs along with a large flat screen TV. USB ports are conveniently placed throughout the home. A full kitchen and beautiful dining area provide guests with a space to cook for themselves if they choose to spend an a quiet evening away from Charleston's vibrant nightlife! One free parking pass is provided for a nearby parking garage.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with out team for additional details.

Wonderful location! Property manager was wonderful. A little difficult to find the door as it is not obviously marked. The number is above the door, but very hard to read. Great location near restaurants and shops not to mention all the historic homes and buildings. My complaints would be: No outlet in upstairs bathroom for blow dryer, lighting is pretty but not practical, and restaurant workers that for some reason sit on the step going into the condo and talk with their friends so it feels like they are in the room with you. They were not embarrassed to be sitting there even when we had to ask them to get up so we could enter--Very strange. They were nice, but it was annoying.

The Heart of Charleston We were very happy with our stay at Palmetto Loft. The apartment was clean and spacious. The concierge service had our groceries delivered and put away before we arrived and arranged for our transportation back to the airport. Our ride arrived right on time. We could not have picked a better location in Charleston as our rental was a 5-minute walk to Dock Street, Queen Street, and 34 West Theatres, as well as numerous great restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Anniversary Let me first say the apartment was wonderful! The issues we had was; people sitting on the steps right in front of our door, day and night, talking very loudly ( if a gate could be put in front of the steps , this would help greatly with this situation. )The noise and running water coming from other units ( not sure how thick the walls are) and the way the parking pass worked (after two calls someone helped us with this though.) With all that being said we did enjoy our stay, the the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we thank you for our complimentary bottle of wine!!:)

Great location! Great location that is close to Charleston market and many of the top restaurants and bars. I would have rated it a 5 star except every morning between 4:45 AM and 6 AM you will be awaken by garbage collection for nearby restaurants and other establishments. Stil enjoyed stay given other location benefits.

Areas need improvement Too many people sitting outside on the stoop smoking weed. Also, there was clothing in dresser when we arrived and upstairs bathroom had used soap and shampoo in still in the shower.
