Welcome to Stones Throw

This home offers the best of both worlds, set back in a quiet neighborhood “on the hill” in Saugatuck but still only a “StonesThrow” from downtown. Not only is the location perfect, but so is the quaint home with all that it has to offer. The large backyard provides plenty of privacy as you sit back, grill out, and of course, use the bar cart to set up refreshments. The inside has been freshly decorated - including the living spaces, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. “StonesThrow” will have you relaxed and ready to enjoy Saugatuck in no time.

INSIDE THE HOME
This single story, newly decorated space will have you feeling at home immediately. Throughout the home experience original art pieces and tons of natural light. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and ready to make a full course meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Walk into the open living space where you will find seating for six and a large window overlooking the front yard. The dining table is adjacent to the living room with a mounted flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with a handicap railing.The second bedroom has a queen size bed along with a small closet and TV. Walk outside to the huge fenced in backyard. Sit around the fire pit and have great conversation. What more could you need or want?

THE LOCATION
Not having to worry about finding a parking spot in downtown Saugatuck, is one of the many assets this home provides. Walk down the street and descend a set of stairs (there are only 33!) and you are there (3 minute walk)!. Simple as that. Looking for an evening stroll? Stroll around the beautiful neighborhood and truly take in and experience Saugatuck. Grab the provided beach chairs for an adventure at the well known Oval Beach on Lake Michigan - less than a 10 minute drive.
This home will leave you wanting to take in the art scene, walk by the river and extend your vacation.

Great place to stay in town Stayed here on a girls weekend and had a great time! Easy walk to downtown and beautiful backyard we took full advantage of. Great communication from management company. Front door was finicky so we just used the back door (probably user error :)).

Perfect Getaway Everything was wonderful. Great location, great property. It was super clean and well-stocked. It made our vacation easy breezy - a tough task when traveling with a toddler!

Great location for a girl's getaway! Perfect quaint house with a nice backyard to enjoy a relaxing girl's getaway. Stones Throw Away did not disappoint on the location with a nice short walk to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation The house was all that was advertised. Very comfortable, with everything you would need. The backyard was great. Location to town was perfect. We were able to walk to town in minutes so we never had to look for a parking space. Neighbors were very friendly.

Saugatuck We all liked the house very much and the community. My only concern was the dirty rug at the front door and that the living room tv only played one channel. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would like to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Mother/Daughter Weekend The house was very cozy and comfortable for our long weekend, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and covered patio. It’s perfectly located on a quiet street, but just a short walk downtown!
