Very cozy and comfortable, not a bad area.
I would rent this property again, if I was visiting Tampa again, the commute to the city wasn't bad, was on motorcycles so it was fun.

Cute and updated property but had some issues
This is a very cute little house. Everything is new and updated. The neighborhood is fine; neighbors are super friendly. The layout is a little usual. There is not a master bedroom per se. There are three bedrooms and the smallest bedroom (which has the bed pushed against the wall due to cords from the TV and router) is the one with the bathroom. There were several issues which were addressed with the property managers - there is no hot water one of the bathrooms so we all wound up taking showers in the bathroom in the smallest bedroom. In that shower however, there is a very slow drain, so we were showering in an inch of water. There are no bath mats, no microwave, no ice cube tray; there were holes in the walls in the shower (like there had been towel holders there which were then removed); no batteries in the remote - we had to go out to buy our own to watch TV; some of the lights didn't work. Some lawn furniture would be lovely. This place could have gotten 4 stars if these issues had been addressed ahead of time.

Close to downtown/stadium!
Centrally located…close to city and appears to be an up & coming area. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Back yard could use some updates for anyone that looking to host BBQ or just hang out in back yard.
