"Golden Parrot" is an ideally located Sandestin Condo in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, a wonderfully entertaining place! Enjoy quick access to all the favorite amenities and attractions in our Golf Cart or Sandestin shuttle!
The main living area is comfortable as well as functional. You can sink into the couch to watch the game on your flat screen TV or step out onto the balcony and enjoy the palm trees and resort views. The kitchen comes fully loaded with cookware and utensils. All appliances are up to date and there is generous counter space. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and 3 more can sit at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a lush tropical view, and a private bathroom with a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is similarly set up but has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TV's for some light entertainment before dozing off. Additional guests can be accommodated in the living room as the couch pulls out into a queen size sleeper. The guest bathroom serves the main living area as well.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our guest services specialist.

Great place, Great location
A group of four adults stayed in the condo for five days. It was a great trip, the whole process was very efficient. The codes to the garage, pool, golf cart and the condo all worked correctly and the directions were easy to follow. As we walked into the condo we all stated how clean everything was and the presentation of the condo made you feel like you were at the beach. The location was great being located steps away from entertainment and restaurants. The golf cart was an excellent addition as it allowed easy access to the beach and to the other amenities around the resort. Overall the place was great and would rent the place again next time I’m in the destin area.

Great stay
As stated, all was goods with the condo and location. The on issue we had was with the refrigerator doors not staying shut and the door alarm kept sounding.

Great Get Away!
This was our third stay at Baytowne Wharf Sandestin. We love it here! This unit is a great location. Some updates would be welcome but very nice. We experienced some unknown construction on the balcony while staying but the management company was superior on handling. We were overall very happy.

Pilot House 510
Verbal communication was very responsive. Written instructions for various door codes confusing. We liked being close to the restaurants and shops. Also, the Tram was convenient. Enjoyed our stay!

Winter Getaway
The Condo was very comfortable for the two of us. Location was easy walking distance to everything. We had a little trouble getting into the condo the first day. We didn’t have the door code. The golf cart was a disappointment. We complained but they never came to fix it. All an all we would rent the Condo again.

Excellent unit
We enjoyed our stay at the Pilot house. The unit was very nice and super convenient to Baytowne Wharf. The golf cart was a nice feature for getting back and forth to and from the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to maybe get some different curtains as the rooms were very bright at night and mornings. Also the refrigerator needs some attention as the door doesn’t shut properly. Overall would definitely recommend this unit. I will add someone from the company actually called us on our way down prior to check in to ask if we needed anything and even allowed us an early check in. This was very nice and we have never received this kind of courtesy from any company we’ve ever rented from. Great job on customer service!
