This Large gorgeous Private Pool Home located 5 minutes from Indian Shores Beach is a 3Bdrm/2 Bath home that sleeps up to 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and totally enjoy your stay in Florida!
The outside space is an entire area of it's own and has everything for a wonderful vacation experience! From it's own private heated pool which has been recently updated, resort style sitting areas, fire feature, local customized bag boards, connect four, turf, sun loungers and more!
Walking into this Home you will experience vaulted ceilings and a beautiful brick Fireplace with a Living area that has plenty of Luxury along with a stylish ocean feel. Cozy Furniture to settle in for a movie night or gaming on the large TV. The sofa in this room folds out to a Queen size sleeper bed allowing two guests to sleep in this area.
The main floor has an open concept and the Kitchen is definitely well equipped for cooking meals in! Large Refrigerator with Ice/Water in the door and a beverage drawer, stainless appliances along with a Coffee Station and a Kuerig Coffee Maker! Pulling up a barstool at the massive island, sitting at the dining table for gatherings or the option to dine outdoors poolside.
Your outdoor paradise even comes with a Tiki Bar! Plan on spending hours outside in the sun having quality time with family and friends in the large pool. Sun loungers, a Hammock and many other seating options add to making one feel right at home. This vacation rental has modern style, comfort and so many additional perks to make your stay a great one!
The Upstairs Master Bedroom consumes the whole upper level!! Your own private floor with an ensuite bathroom, double vanity and a tub for a bubblebath. Walk in Closet with a gorgeous sliding barn door. TV and Sofa also in the master for relaxing. Seascape decor and pure luxury.
2nd Bedroom is set up for 4. Two twin bunks on the bottom and a full size bunk on top. A Chair and TV
The 3rd Bedroom has Ocean/Seaside decor with a Queen size bed, Dresser and closet shelves along with a TV and ceiling fan.
The Guest Bathroom downstairs is a full bath with an enclosed Glass Door shower/tub combination.
Home comes with your own private laundry room, beach loungers, umbrella and 3 parking spaces.
Home is close to a shopping center with bar, restaurants, hair salon, nail salon, bank, CVS and a grocery store. Also a few minute drive leads you to Seminole City Center, large outdoor shopping complex with food, retail, groceries, urgent care and a movie theater. Also just a short drive away you will find: Walsingham Park, Pinellas walking and biking trail, Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking:
This property provides 2-3 parking spaces in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. You cannot park in the garage and street parking is not permitted.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Excellent stay!!
Travelled with my family of 6 plus another family of 4. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 7-14. This was the perfect house with short trip to the beach. Highly recommend.

This property is extremely clean and just as pictured. Everything worked perfectly, kids loved pool and backyard play area. Highly recommend. There is a loose paver on front sidewalk that could be a hazard. It’s kind of pushed up.

Owners have done a great job decorating!
Loved the property! Feel like management could be doing a better job. Pool was not very clean (some mold on sides, same with upstairs shower. We had some issues with the ice maker & dirty bedspread. Backyard looks wonderful, but it is full of red ants, chiggers, & mosquitoes.we are tore up from bug bites.

Perfect Get Away
First time to this area. We were visiting for a graduation. This home was one of the cleanness properties we have stayed at. Great amenities and great neighborhood. Perfect distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

All around perfect!
Everything about this property was perfect! The house and outdoor space were very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxation and to enjoy while not visiting nearby attractions. The kids were in the pool from the time they woke up until the time they went to bed and had the most amazing time. Redington beach was only a 10 min drive and was by far the most beautiful beach we found in the area. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you to the hosts for an unforgettable and comfortable vacation!
