About this House
La Hacienda IRB is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Pool Home that accommodates 8 guests. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, this home is just a short walk to Indian Rocks Beach! You could also spend the day in the heated pool, work on your tan, watch the big screen TV outside and enjoy a beverage from the outdoor bar. This vacation home is set up with everything you need to stay in and make dinner, watch a movie, relax in the enclosed large lanai and chat about the days events.
Kitchen: All New Stainless Steel Appliances, Ice/Water refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 slice toaster, Coffee Station with Keurig and coffee maker with coffee bean grinder, blender, crockpot, ceiling fan
Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs, small buffet table, french doors leading out to enclosed lanai
Living Room: Large leather reclining sectional, 2 chairs, TV, ceiling fan
Master Bedroom: King size bed, 2 Nightstands, Dresser, TV, Ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom with step in shower and single vanity
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, 2 Nightstands, Dresser, TV, Ceiling Fan, Mirror
Bedroom #3: Twin over Queen Bunkbed, Dresser, Fan
Guest Bathroom: Tub/Shower combination, single vanity
Enclosed Lanai: Sofa Sleeper, 2 Easy Chairs and table, Surfboard Dining Table with 6 stools
Outdoor Pool Area: Heated pool with wading deck, 4 sun loungers, 3 Barstools, Outdoor Bar with refrigerator, 2 rocking chairs, 4 gliding chairs, big screen TV, Ceiling Fan,
Washer and Dryer in closet, Beach necessities Closet with 4 beach chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Parking:
This property provides 4 parking spaces.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

The master bath needs and towels also also needs new light switches from this century and a little caulking on the floor generally, a great pool and deck chairs, the plates need to be replaced with ones that can be microwaved. This could start a fire if they don’t replace them. we enjoyed our two weeks, and would recommend the location.

Joli, propre, bien situé pour aller à la plage
Processus d’entrée à la maison très simple. Propre, confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. 10 minutes de la plage à la marche maximum. Voisins tranquilles, sympathiques. Plage magnifique et pas trop achalandée. Nous aurions aimé que le propriétaire offre des équipements pour la plage pour les enfants. Tout était brisé: parasol, planches de surf, gonflables…Mais au final, c’est un excellent choix de location et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Merci!
