About this House
BTR #1913. Charming private unit in Indian Rocks Beach. This four bedroom two bathroom home is in a great neighborhood that's walking distance to the sands of Indian Rocks Beach, has a private indoor/outdoor porch and more! The outdoor living space is a great addition to the unit and has a sitting area and ceiling fan. Some beach amenities included are: folding beach chairs, and a beach cart.
Upon entering the home you will first see the main living area, just past the main living room you will find the eat in kitchen and second living room a sofa, loveseat, TV, ceiling fan and sliding door leading you to the screened in patio and then the backyard space.
The dining room has a four top table as well as a two top kids table in the eat in kitchen.
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, all major kitchen appliances and a dishwasher.
Full size washer and dryer are off the back porch.
Sandy Island B has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. They are as follows:
1) Master bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser and window with street views.
2) Guest bedroom has a Queen sized pull out bed, twin over twin bunk bed plus twin trundle, ceiling fan, closet and windows overlooking the outdoor living area. This room can sleep five guests total.
3) Guest bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and TV.
4) Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan and closet.
There is a Big Couch in the front living room that can sleep two extra kids or adults.
The sand of Indian Rocks Beach is a block and a half from this home! It sits conveniently in line with 21st Avenue Beach Access so you don't have to walk out of your way to find the closest crosswalk to the beach! The access also has an outdoor shower for convenience.
The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is walking distance to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Beach shop and salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park. The Indian Rocks Library is also within walking distance.
The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World. House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance..
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking:
This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. Street and grass parking is not permitted.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing vacation
Our group of 5 stayed 3 nights at this location. It had all the necessary amenities and was a block from the beach. The beach was beautiful and laid back; exactly what our group was hoping for! The property had several beach carts, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys for our use as well as an outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The hot tub was a nice addition to the property as well!

Nice but not what we expected
This house is not a house it’s a DUPLEX. It is not obvious in the pictures or in the description. It was hard to sleep when anyone was out in the next door back yard. Even when they are talking in a normal voice I could hear everything in my room near the back yard. The kitchen cabinets are cheep and the knobs are spinning due to the poor quality. The kitchen has most things you need but definitely less than houses I’ve rented in the past. They only provide one additional roll of TP. I don’t want to shop for TP on my vacation! I did like how close the house was to the beach. It was very clean. The house did have a few umbrellas and a cart to haul it all down to the beach, which was very nice! I love the location but not the duplex!

AMAZING Property
My family of 6 stayed for 7 nights and property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable. Very close to beach!!! Home is closer to the beach than typical parking spots for beach access. If anything the add and photos under sell the property. I highly recommend!!! I plan to return in the future
