The 715 Gulf Blue Duo is perfect for a multi-family vacation! This is a 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Unit X2!! Gulf Blue accommodates up to 12 guests with a private pool in the back. Each Unit is complete with Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room including a Sleeper Sofa, 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. The First Bedroom features a King size Bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a Full over Full Bunkbed. After spending the day at the Beach, which is just across the street, you can stay in and make dinner, lounge at the pool or take a nap in a Hammock right in your private back yard! Location.....Location! There are beach supplies ready to use, get your cart ready for the beach and sink your toes in the warm sands of the Gulf! There are many choices of Restaurants with Live music, shopping, Ice Cream, Bakeries all up and down Gulf Blvd.

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed, Dresser, Night Tables, TV, Ceiling Fan ( in each Unit )
Bedroom #2: Full over Full Bunk Bed, Dresser, TV, Ceiling Fan ( in each Unit )
Bathroom: Tub/ Shower Combination, Vanity (in each Unit)
Back Yard: Heated Pool with wading platform, 2 Hammocks, Dining Table with 8 Chairs, 6 Pool Loungers, Gas Grill, Shed with Washer & Dryer, Boogie Boards, Beach Wagons, Cooler, Beach Umbrella, Pool Toys, 5 Parking Spots
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking:
This property can hold 4 cars in the drive way.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Indian Rocks Beach is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, it's a local and quiet charming beach town. This complex is located within walking distance of several local restaurants, bars, sweet shops and retail. The city also has a CVS you can walk to, a post office, Crossfit, and watersport rentals. Just up Walsingham bridge is a Nature Park with walking paths, waterviews, playground and bird sanctuary. There's also a local fruit store nearby with fresh squeezed juices and ice cream, you can also have fruit shipped back home.
The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World.
