About this House
Herons on La Hacienda is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Grotto Pool Home that will accommodates 8 guests also includes a four person golf cart.. Welcome to Vacation perfection! Located just minutes from the beautiful Indian Rocks beach, this home has everything! The back yard provides a heated salt water pool with a grotto to get a reprieve from the sun, pool loungers, resort style seating and an outdoor dining table. You can pull up a chair out on the dock, do some fishing, catch the dolphins and the sunsets. Inside the home there are several places to gather with your guests or find a spot of your own to watch a movie. The kitchen has been renovated so staying in and making a meal will be easy. Hop on the golf cart and head to the beach or grab dinner at one of the beach restaurants. You will want to make Herons on Hacienda your vacation destination year after year!

Master Bedroom: Kind size bed, 2 dressers, double ceiling fan, chair, closet with washer and dryer. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity, step in shower w/ chair
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, ceiling fan
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin Beds (another twin mattress in the closet) dresser, nightstand
Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination, single vanity
Outdoor Oasis: Heated salt water pool with grotto, resort style seating, dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, rocking bench, 2 chairs, Dock with 2 chairs, Kayaks, gas grill.
Home also supplied with Golf Cart (access provided upon signing a waiver), 3 Fishing poles, 6 beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, umbrella, beach towels
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Parking:
This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. Grass and street parking are not permitted.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Might be right, might not be right
I want to give this a higher rating but it was a little disappointing. It's on a wide part of the intracoastal so it had a great view and was pretty quiet. However there are a bunch of little things that might be nitpicky but at this price point need to be addressed. The kitchen is tiny. Like 3 people don't fit tiny. There's about 4 sq. ft. of usable counter space. The icemaker/water dispenser in the fridge didn't work. The sink drain plug doesn't fit right so it's hard to wash things that don't go in the dishwasher. As a service, the property manager has a guy who comes around to take the trash cans out to the curb (not sure why since the driveway is 20 feet long). Weirdly he came out 5 days in a row. We got the impression that the property manager wanted to make sure we weren't having parties because there are a lot of "Homes Not Hotels" signs around both the neighborhood and Indian Rocks Beach. We stayed in Treasure Island twice in the last 3 years and didn't see any signs like that. The home is not owner-occupied and we sensed the neighbors knew we were renters because they didn't even wave back at us. The pool is cool but was a little overchlorinated (it's not saltwater). Finally, the golf cart is a nice feature but only held 4 people. We had 6, so when we used it we had to make multiple trips. Again, nitpicky but the place sleeps 6 so maybe get a golf cart that seats 6. If little stuff doesn't bother you I recommend. If it does I don't.
