About this House
Each room at Coquina Cove Resort is uniquely and tastefully decorated. As you enter the Tropical Coquina Resort you will find your private studio that sleeps two guests. Studio #4 is tastefully decorated in a modern Florida style & colors. You have your own private entrance with 2 chairs, a table and drying hooks for your towels. As you walk out into the gated entrance to the resort you are surrounded by a private oasis featuring a large outdoor heated pool with plenty of sun loungers and other comfortable seating.
This Studio features a Queen size bed, night table, 2 chairs and a TV and Ceiling Fans You will find a nicely appointed kitchenette with Refrigerator, stove and microwave along with a small dining set for two. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen.
The studio is in a quiet neighborhood and there are yummy restaurants and some entertainment within walking distance just a few blocks away. The parking is right out front and your unit is on the ground floor. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment on the beach overnight.
Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Bed mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Towels, sheets were old, dingy, and some were stained. TV Roku continually stopped working. Bathroom vanity door kept falling off. Whole stove was uneven, burners did not sit flat. Overall, not worth the cost.

Private and quiet
We loved it. Such a quiet and private little place within 3 minutes walking to see the beautiful sunset at the beach. We will be back!

A hidden gem. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again.
