About this House
As you enter the Tropical Coquina Resort you will find your private studio. Studio #2 is tastefully decorated in a modern Florida Colors and style. As you walk into the gated entrance to the compound you are surrounded by a private oasis featuring a large outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and other comfortable seating. You have your own private entrance with 2 chairs, a table and drying hooks for your towels. This Studio features a Queen size bed, night table, 2 chairs and a TV and Ceiling Fans You will find a nicely appointed kitchenette with Refridgerator, stove and microwave along with a small dining set for two. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen
Each room at Coquina Cove Resort is uniquely and tastefully decorated. As you enter the Tropical Coquina Resort you will find your private studio that sleeps two guests. Studio #2 is tastefully decorated in a modern Florida style. You have your own private entrance with 2 chairs, a table and drying hooks for your towels. As you walk out into the gated entrance to the resort you are surrounded by a private oasis featuring a large outdoor heated pool with plenty of sun loungers and other comfortable seating.
This Studio features a Queen size bed, night table, 2 chairs and a TV and Ceiling Fans You will find a nicely appointed kitchenette with Refrigerator, stove and microwave along with a small dining set for two. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen.
The studio is in a quiet neighborhood and there are yummy restaurants and some entertainment within walking distance just a few blocks away. The parking is right out front and your unit is on the ground floor. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment on the beach overnight.
Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

25th Anniversary
This property was well-maintained, secluded and tropical with beautiful palm trees and colored lighting at night surrounding a good sized pool for cooling off. The location was quiet and serene and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit itself was small but clean and updated with nice tropical touches. A perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation in old Florida to celebrate my 25th anniversary with my wife!

Clean but very uncomfortable bed
Overall the place is clean and pool area is nice. Our concerns were the mattress was VERY uncomfortable. Towels and pillows were limited to one per guest. The door on the stove in the unit couldn't open due to the wall being in the way. Good thing we were not cooking!! The appliances were spotted with rust. To make matters worse a truck with sewer cameras was on the property twice during our stay. We did notice rat and mouse traps on the exterior of the building. At least try and hide them. We will not stay here again.

Quick vacation
This little gem tucked away behind palms is a great option to overpriced hotel rooms. The pool was immaculate along with the rooms. We are definitely coming back. Management was on point with correspondence when communicating with them. 10 out of 10

Perfect little oasis
This Tropical Coquina Cove Studio was simply amazing. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and literally 3 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from restaurants and an ice cream shop complete with 140 flavors. The pool is right outside your door with perfect temperature crystal clean water. The landscaping around the complex makes you feel like you are located in your own little oasis. The staff was very responsive. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Indian Rock Beach.

Cute and convenient
My 21 year old daughter and I took a spur of the moment trip and fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were very well taken care of and the pool area was very clean. Lots of sun at the pool until late day. Only a couple of blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the restaurants and coffee, ice cream. So much to do in the area up and down the coast, we are already talking about going back next winter and bringing my husband this time. We would love to stay here again.
