The 4th floor has a gorgeous sun deck and Bonus room with a sleeper sofa & TV. Escape and enjoy a beverage while watching some of the best sunsets ever! The main floor living area is open and inviting where friends and family can gather. Stay in and make dinner, talk about the days adventures & memories. Top of the line appliances and furnishings guarantee comfort and entertainment. Catch every sunrise and sunset with the multiple decks facing the Gulf. Another Living room on the ground floor where you can watch the kids play in the pool. Pack up the beach wagon with chairs and a cooler.....with the beach access right out your door, you will be able to sink your toes into the sand and spend the day soaking up the sun. Rinse off at the outdoor shower before your next activity. The Ocean Pearl is a vacation spot you will want to return to year after year!

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking: You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property. Use of the garage is allowed.
​​​​​​​Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
​​​​​​​The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Great Location, Great House
While you are not directly on the beach, the view from the top floor makes you feel like you are and without having to cross any streets, you are steps away from the public beach access. Garage has A/C and all the beach gear you need for a great family vacation. House was fresh, modern and clean. Nice little pool to hang out in. Weber grill. Rooms are great size and very nicely appointed. Will definitely be back.

Family vacay
We arrived at 4:00 house was ready. Very nice great place to stay steps to the beach. The roof top patio was so nice to watch the sunset Would highly recommend. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter and a casserole dish otherwise kitchen was stocked. Definitely a great place to stay.
