About this House
This unique 3 bedroom 2 full bath waterfront rental is located in the heart of Indian Shores right above Caddy's Indian Shores Waterfront dining. Watch amazing sunrises from your screened in balcony, dolphins frolic and boats pass by. You can head downstairs for some delicious food, specialty drinks or enjoy the live music at the outside bar. The beach is walking distance, just across the street from the rental. This is a happening spot to enjoy Florida and feel like a local, please note with this being above the restaurant/bar if you are noise sensitive- this is not the secluded rental for you.
To access this unit you will enter through the parking lot facing outdoor bar entrance (which is to the left of the main restaurant doors) Once up the stairs you will find your second level 3 bedroom 2 full bath rental. The bedrooms are as such: Bedroom with King bed, second bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom also has a Queen bed. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has two full bathrooms one of which is a stand up shower and the other has a shower/tub combo. There's a six top dining table and a four top table in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience there's also full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy beautiful waterway views from the large living room or screened in patio that has even more places to sit and relax.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
Parking:
This unit provides 2 parking spaces.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Enjoy Indian Shores Beach that's just a two minute walk from the apartment. There's also boat rentals available two buildings down to the North. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls,Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
