This ground floor beach home is a very clean & spacious condo, located right on the beach! You're in Cocoa Beach's top building with exceptional complex & unit amenities!
Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, ground level condo conveniently located right on the beach (only 25 steps from condo door to the white sand beach)!! With >1,300 sf. feet, there's plenty of room for the whole family - in fact, it's the largest 2 bedroom weekly rental condo on the Space Coast.
This beautiful & luxurious beach condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. You're days are longer with your private patio's south-facing sun exposure & you have a partial ocean view from your private patio. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows & high quality linens/towels. The master has a very comfortable king bed, the guest has a queen + full over twin bunk bed, and there's also a queen sofa sleeper.

Last minute stay
Our Gulf coast rental was cancelled due to Helene so rented last minute. Couldn’t have asked for more in a weekend stay.. except maybe better weather due to Milton🌀. Can’t see the beach/ocean but great being on ground floor across from pool and steps to the beach

Beach vacation
Great place for families wanting to enjoy the beach. Check in was easy. Property Management was great at communicating. Location and condo description was accurate. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful condo, steps away to pool and beach.
We were pleased with condo and accommodations. Comfortable beds and furniture. Was as expected. Short drive to many excellent restaurants. Clean property and beach area. Lifeguards on duty at the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Amanda, the Property Manager was easy to reach. Thank you.
