About this House
Brand new Madeira Bay Resort I Unit #1605 is in the heart of Madeira Beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo with queen sleeper sofa in living room can sleep up to six guests. Beautiful waterway views upon entering this condo, from the Master bedroom and the walk out balcony. Some great items included with rental are full amenities in the kitchen, washer/dryer, (beach chairs, beach towels), free Wi-Fi, shared heated pool, hot tub and fitness room. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is just a few blocks away. There are also plenty of places to visit in our local surrounding area.
The Master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, waterway views from the double windows and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The Guest bedroom features a bunk bed with twin sized mattresses on top and bottom and a full bathroom with a stand up shower.
Washer and dryer combo are in the hallway.
The living room is in the middle of the condo with a Queen size sleeper sofa, nice sitting area, TV, ceiling fan and waterway views. There is also a sliding door in the living room that opens to a balcony with sitting area.
Kitchen has all things to cook your meals, including pots, pans, serveware, blender, coffee pot, bakeware, dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer. There is a breakfast bar that seats two and a four top dining set.
Bonus amenities are a communal heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinance that starts at 9 pm.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking:
This unit has 1 reserved parking space. There is no guest parking.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
This property is in an ideal location as it sits right on the Intracoastal waterway and beach access is directly across the street. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is also a short walk away. There you will find an abundance of retail shops, sweet shops, experiences, restaurants, bars and watersport rentals.
Our surrounding area has a lot to offer: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, Busch Gardens, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Excellent location, I’d recommend 4 people max
MBR was an excellent location. We were in the building closer to John’s pass on the 6th floor. It was great when you arrived off the elevator the hall was updated air conditioned, there was a window right when you got off the elevator that you could see the ocean from when we got to our room it was nice and updated. We had 6 people with us and we fit, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I would say a better fit for 4 people 2 of our family members had to sleep on the pullout couch and there was no room for luggage in any of the rooms we had two issues and the manager reached out to ask if there was anything we needed, and I told her about the issues and she instantly had maintenance Bring us a new toaster, and the other issue was just with the closet door and it didn’t need to be fixed right away. I will say the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable, there is no window in the second bedroom with the bunk bed, but all in all an excellent place. The view of the marina from the back patio was amazing. We saw dolphins the next morning when we woke up. Another thing is you only need to check in if you are parking a car there otherwise you can just go up to your room that was left unclear in our messaging and the buildings aren’t numbered very well. The pool is inbetween the two buildings and is small but was nice. And right across the street is public beach access. Free beach ride was a great option beside Uber/Lyft, They’ll take you all the way down to St. Pete’s beach

Not good
We would not stay here again. The floors were so dirty. Sand was swept up but i can not imagine the last time they were actually cleaned with soap and water.Socks turned black as did out feet. Had to get management to fix standing water in the tub. The first three days with no working cable during March Madness. Had to call to fix that to.

Nice place
Clean nice place. Great location. Enjoyed marina view. Communication was a little slow during stay. Deck furniture needs replaced. 2nd bedroom is nice for sleeping but no real room for luggage. Pool and hot tub small. Watch for flooding in parking ramp if it rains.

Family Holidays
We loved the location and views. Master en-suite was nice. Second bedroom had a bunk bed with a trundle bed at the bottom, trundle frame was apparently sprung and not usable. Patio furniture was old and stained. Dish washer was not operating. Multiple remotes for tv’s with no instructions how to use. Floors were not clean. Sorry for the negative review but really expected better for the price paid.

Great location
The condo was very clean. Loved that we could walk to Johns Pass and the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to put it all in. I would recommend and would come back!

Wonderful location and very relaxing
Condo is in a great location. It is walking distance from John’s Pass, the beach, and several restaurants. Also very security with indoor access code needed for elevators.
