About this House
The Cosmopolitan is a new construction 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Townhome with a private pool and amenities galore..... accommodating up to 10 guests. Clean, Classy, Contemporary, all only 2 blocks from Indian Rocks Beach.
This tastefully designed home is well equipped with luxury furnishings. The main floor includes one of the bedrooms with a private balcony, a guest bathroom. The living area & kitchen are open so gathering with friends and family is easy. This kitchen has a Miami vibe and includes everything neccessary to stay in and make a meal. The wrap around deck allows you to keep an eye on the kids enjoying the pool. Upstairs you will find the Master suite including a private bathroom with a soaking tub and large shower. You also have a private balcony with a table & 2 chairs. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one of them the bunk room with 2 bunkbeds. The laundry closet and another guest bathroom are also upstairs. The elevator will assist you with getting from floor to floor!! There is a 6 seated golf cart and a game room upon entering this townhome.

Bedroom #4: Two twin over twin bunk beds, walk in closet

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking:
This property allows for 2-3 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles. Cars cannot be parked in the garage as that's where the golf cart is stored. Grass and street parking is not permitted
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
No need for a rental car while on vacation at this home. An Uber ride will get you there and a golf cart (which is provided), or the Suncoast Trolley will get you where you need to go.
