About this House
Bahia Beachin is a 3 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom Pool home located on the Inter-coastal waterway and just a short walk to Indian Rocks Beach. This vacation home is nicely appointed with an open floor plan and is designed for friends and family to gather. When you walk into the home you are met with a wall of sliding doors leading out to the backyard Oasis where you can enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful pavers and decking surround the yard along with covered sitting areas to take a reprieve from the sun. Sit out on the dock with your favorite beverage and maybe catch the dolphins playing! Stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops in the kitchen make it easy to stay in and make a meal. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 cots in one of the closets so you are able to accommodate up to 8 guests. Bahia Beachin is a great place to relax and make memories. Make it your return vacation spot year after year!

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 2 nightstands, chair, dresser, makeup table, Armour, TV, ceiling fan. Private entrance to pool area. Ensuite Bathroom with step in shower and rain showerhead, single vanity
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, 2 cots in the closet
Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, bookshelf & desk
Outdoor Oasis: Heated Pool, hot tub, dock on inter coastal, grill, 2 pool loungers, 4 chairs, bench and tables, dining table w/4 chairs under a hanging canopy, corn hole game
Beach wagon, 6 chairs, umbrella, cooler
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Parking:
This home can park 3-4 cars in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicle. Street or grass parking is not permitted.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls,Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
