Come and enjoy spectacular views from this waterfront 5 bedroom penthouse situated directly on Madeira Beach. With two true Master suites with King beds, balcony access and gorgeous Gulf views, two guest bedrooms with King beds, bunk room with twin bed over full size bed and sleeper sofas this condo can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. The Penthouse has a huge Great Room with dry bar and Spectacular Gulf views, fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, washer and dryer, plenty of seating for dining, board games, books, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and 50 feet of beach facing balcony. This penthouse is perfect for larger families, multiple families or a couples getaway.
Situated in an ideal location. The penthouse is directly on Madeira Beach and is right across the street from the World Famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk which features waterfront restaurants, lots of shops a large Tiki bar, brewery, dolphin watch, jet ski and boat rentals, plenty of shopping, sweet shops and animal encounters. There are plenty of activities to do in the area such as miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove, pedal and electric bike rentals, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing, boat cruises including dolphin and fishing tours and sunset cruises. You can even rent a floating tiki bar to take out on the water and they are all within walking distance.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, the Pier at St. Petersburg, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
This unit is on the 5th floor making it a penthouse with expansive views.The condo has around 2800 square feet of space with a huge 50 foot balcony with unbelievable Gulf of Mexico views. The beach is like walking on powdered sugar. The Pool and BBQ area are spectacular.
The condo is arranged as follows:
The Bunk room is off of the main hallway entrance and has access to the dining room via a sliding barn door. The dining room is at the front center of the home and has a built in bar area, two dining tables that seat twelve guests and kitchen access. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, serve ware, bakeware, Keurig coffee maker, ground coffee maker, crockpot, blender, mixer and toaster. The penthouse has an extra, full-size refrigerator/freezer which is a great addition when hosting larger groups. On each side of the unit there is a Master Suite and guest bedroom as well as two full bathrooms and washer/dryer on each side of the penthouse. 50 feet of balcony space with sliding doors are at the back of the unit and directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. There are beach loungers and chairs on the balcony as well.
Master Bedroom #1: En-suite with King sized bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with Gulf and beach views.
Master Bathroom #1 has a tub/shower combination, vanity sink and hair dryer.
Master Bedroom #2: King sized bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with Gulf and beach views.
Master Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower combination as well as a separate area with vanity sink hair dryer and floor length mirror for getting ready.
Guest Bedroom #1: King sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, beach and Gulf of Mexico views.
Guest Bathroom #1 Has a walk-in shower, vanity sink and hair dryer.
Guest Bedroom #2: King sized bed, smart TV and ceiling fan.
Guest Bathroom #2 is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination, toilet and vanity sink. There is also a pocket door that leads into a half bathroom with a second toilet and second vanity sink.
Guest Bedroom #5: Full size bunk bed with a twin over top and ceiling fan.
Penthouse comes with two reserved parking spaces and two guest paces available on a first come first serve basis.
The main parking space is right at the elevator to come up. And it drops you right at your front door. We did say it is the Penthouse!

2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Parking:
This unit provides 2 reserved parking spaces. Guest parking is first come first serve.
Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

It's was confusing when we check-out what was on the refrigerator and in the book were totally different then the email I was sent. They said we had to vacuum the floor & strip the beds on the one thing. The beds were hard. We had amazing stay other than that. There was room for everybody and it was fully stock kitchen. The deck was awesome and it was close to everything.

Great for a large family!
Wonderful location! We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Madeira Beach! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of couches and seating for everyone to enjoy a movie at night! What a nice surprise to find the kitchen table with snacks after our 4 hour delayed flight!! The condo complex was secure, clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

Excellent home away from home!
My only complaint was that I booked this room partially for the convenience to the elevator because my father-in-law was supposed to be going. With him on oxygen, it would have been great for him. Because of his health, he decided not to go at the last minute. So thankfully the elevator being under repair wasn't that big of an issue for us. other than that, the room was excellent! A couple in my family complained their mattress was too hard, but that is personal preference. You can't please everyone. Overall, we had an awesome time! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful family vacation
We spent Thanksgiving week at this condo. It is exactly like pictured. The location can’t be beat. It is on the beach and across the street from John’s Pass stores and restaurants. The heated pool was enjoyable and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The management company was very helpful with any questions/problems . I would definitely stay here again .

Amazing views
The property was well maintained and just as pictured. The location and view were unbeatable. We were traveling with a large group of family and friends and we were all accommodated nicely. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Great property in a great location! Was large enough for the entire family to enjoy. The extra fridge and all the beach accessories were huge perks! The beach was quiet and not overcrowded. The only slight inconvenience was a lack of bath towels but overall we had a great stay!
