Our beach vacation rentals sleep the whole family, with private kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies overlooking some of the most breathtaking scenery in Florida. Kids are welcome and will enjoy the zero entry pool and other activities just for them.
The Ariel Dunes at Seascape Resort is centrally located in Miramar Beach, Destin and is only minutes from outlet shopping, fine restaurants, and family activities. You'll enjoy the onsite amenities such as Golf, Beach Service, Dining, and Exercise.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.
COVID-19
This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices in regards to other guests while in and on this property.
PROVISIONS:
- Must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
- Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
- Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
- 1 Vehicle Limit. All others must be parked off site. Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
- No Smoking in unit or on balcony

Ariel Dunes II
The rental was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The rental was very comfortable and had all the right amenities. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was even close enough to hear the ocean waves! The walk to the beach was short and easy. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Check in and Check out were simple and quick. I would stay again.

Very nice condo. The condo was bigger than it looked in pictures. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cookware. Our family would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful View of the Gulf
Very good value for the money. Excellent accommodations. Towels and linens, no complaint. Could use some hooks on back of bathroom doors, minor. We would rent this unit again.

Comfortable and Convenient
A friend and I stayed at this property for a week while in town for a music festival. We found the condo to be very comfortable and convenient to the beach, great restaurants, grocery store and shopping. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and we enjoyed stopping to watch the ducks and the turtles in the little pond on the way. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pools are beautiful. We really enjoyed having a café right on the property and found the food there to be quite delicious. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

This unit screams rental.
Bed frame broken. Toilet leaking. Not one sharp knife in the kitchen. No cutting board until I found it a week later In bottom of stove. Who would look there!!!! Deck furniture I always expected to clean being it’s out side. Not one cleaning product or any cleaning rags. Nails showing on the walls but no pictures. Ceiling fans had no pull chains. If you want the fan on low with no light on,,,how would you do that. I bought a few beachside pictures,fan chains, cutting board cleaning supplies. The couches were coffee stained badly , I spot cleaned them best I could. The toaster didn’t work until I took it apart and cleaned it. I spent over a hundred dollars and cleaned and repaired for 6 hours. The unit might have been cleaned once , months ago but it was clean when we arrived. Parking pass wasn’t valid, pool and gym code’s didn’t work. It took over a week for us to get everything squared away before we could start to enjoy our 45 days there.
