About this House
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Step into this recently remodeled condo at Shores of Panama and let your vacation begin! The first thing you see is the gourmet kitchen, complete with white cabinetry, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. You can enjoy a home cooked meal at the bar stools at the kitchen island, or take your morning coffee to the balcony and enjoy the ocean views. There is an additional table and chairs for dining or game nights! The open layout leads into the living area, with all NEW decor and beautiful furnishings. There is a large flat- screen TV for your entertainment.
The Master bedroom features a king bed, a large flat screen TV and private bathroom. The private bunk room has custom built bunk beds, a door for privacy, and its own bathroom, making it perfect for families. There is an additional queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit also has its own washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Shores of Panama is in the heart of Panama City Beach with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. There are several restaurants in the area, including Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Nashville Chicken, The Wharf (seafood buffet), and Juan Taco.

No problems with our stay. It was beautiful but the pool was very small! Also, make sure you get the exact price of your stay and get it in writing!

Nice Place great location.
Was a great location and nice place. Ocean was warmer then the pool. Best to bring your own towels. Would have liked to seen a book about the place and what there is to do around the place.

In desperate need of a deep cleaning
When we arrived the sheets had not been changed from previous stay.. they was soiled n still wet. Let management know next day ( we stayed up late to wash since we arrived late) she sent cleaners but never arrived . We also found drugs left in night table n master thankfully our 2 year old didn’t find them.. the unit is nice but isn’t clean and we have stayed in this unit several times before but this makes us not want to again.. very disappointed in the cleaning fee for not a clean unit.

The unit was clean. I really loved how it was right by the elevator. The only problem was there was no trash can in the kitchen, but that was a easy fix.

Beautiful condo as described
We had no big issues as far as the condo itself. The condo is very nice and located on a floor with a beautiful ocean view. The main issue we had was issues with the resort as far as the elevators and parking. This isn’t fault of the owner of the condo and it was a busy time of the year to stay. I’d stay again at this unit if there was reserved parking which was our main issue. Otherwise very clean and beautiful unit. No issues with communicating with Vrbo.
