About this House
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!
We loved our stay, fully anticipated long elevator waits and hectic parking based on previous reviews but honestly found neither to be an issue. There were times we had to wait a few minutes but nothing to affect my happiness with the stay. Room was great as was the host communication and clarity of directions on how to check in and out which I greatly appreciated. The pool gets a little crowded but it was middle of summer and the beach had double red flag days. Get there early so you can get a chair.

Everything was great! The only small thing is I wish I looked in the closet sooner to see they have kids toys and stuff in there but that's my fault more so than theirs. It is a great location bc Walmart is within walking distance. There is food and some shops close by also.

Our Stay
Overall the location of the property was excellent however the condition of the unit was fairly outdated. Very small TVs, beds were very uncomfortable, washer was extremely small, not enough towels even for 8 people, master shower curtain was very very filthy (which I reported but noone did anything to accommodate a new one), Curtain leading to patio was too long and heavy the students constantly tripped over it. The property elevators were the ABSOLUTE worst part of the entire trip. No restaurants on the property for a full meal. I will NEVER stay at the Shores again.

Shores of Panama 1918
We arrived at the Condo. It was not very clean. Dishes were dirty and the floor was dirty. The Master Bedroom stayed extremely hot as the fan was on a low speed. We have stayed in other condos at this resort that were much nicer. The Cabinets in the kitchen and Master bath were coming apart. Just a rough few days.

Disappointing stay
Elevators were terrible. You had to plan your day around the elevators. Opted for the stairs many times, including with luggage, because the elevators were so bad. View from the balcony was terrible unless you enjoyed watching the other guests. Found a huge roach in our room as soon as we checked in. There was food under nightstand when we checked in. Parking deck was terrible. Expected more for what we paid for this unit. Also be prepared to pay an addition $90 at checkin for bracelets to access pool and property. The entire situation was ridiculous.

Great stay!
Awesome unit. Very spacious and great view from balcony. Only complaint was finding some dirty dishes in the cabinets, and didn’t have any trash bags, enough toilet paper, etc. would not have minded bringing/buying some but wish it was included in the description of unit. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family.
