About this House
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
Our 12th floor unit is just waiting for you. The condo has a spacious pool and gulf view from the balcony! Just drive up the covered garage and park on the 12th floor or 11th floor and take a short stroll to unit 1211.
The 12th floor is high enough for a great view but not so high you spend all your time waiting on elevators. Come and see the best new resort on PCB. With convenient reserved parking located close to this condo, you won't have to worry about finding a place to park. Once you step into the condo, you'll find a very spacious floor plan coupled with a beautiful view of the pool deck followed by the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is equipped with most everything a guest would need.
The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and freezer and is fully stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal in the condo. This modern and spacious kitchen is one of the best areas to have a glass of wine, talk with your guests, and prepare a few snacks to munch on during the day. We love the ample counter space for serving appetizers, the high-top chairs that are great for sitting and having drinks, and the appliances that make it easy to whip up a great meal in no time at all.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bath and gulf view. We love the cozy bed for sharing with your partner — or for having all on your own! The bunk room in the front of the condo has a closet, a set of twin/twin bunks, a private bath, and washer/dryer.
The living area has a large flat screen TV, plenty of dining seating, a queen size sleeper, and gulf view. We love the cozy couch, plush carpet, coffee table for housing drinks or books, chair that is perfect for reading by the brightly lit window, and dining room table that can comfortably fit 4 people. The living room is definitely the focal point of this property, offering ample space, seating areas, and expansive views over the nearby blue waters!
Plus, once you have finished your dinner, you can head outside on your private balcony to relax in one of the Adirondack chairs and gaze at the incredible coastal town, bright white sand beaches, and blue waters. What better way to relax after a long day?
After watching the sunset go down from your private balcony, head back into the one-bedroom apartment and walk into the master bedroom. This coy, plush, and comfortable bedding is ideal for sleeping and recuperating after a long day of exploring Panama City Beach.

Shores of Panama is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. This unit has an assigned parking spot.
Things to know:
Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $85 for registration packet.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

Needs Attention
I stayed July 2023 for 7 days with my 3 kids & husband. The condo is nice and has potential. The balcony is long. Granite counter tops, second bathroom. It’s located on the top deck of the parking garage which is nice. Instead of parking in the designated spot we parked in the spots that were painted yellow because it’s closer, you can unload right at the door. However, there are several things I need to address. 1. You cannot ride a golf cart in the parking garage which is what we use for transportation down there, 2. Upon arrival the condo smelled like a wet dog. (Maybe it’s the carpet being humid and at the beach) 3. Microwave had some ravioli or something blow up in it. It was not cleaned but the glass tray in the microwave was cleaned which tells me they just skipped over wiping out the actual microwave. 4. The laminate stuff is peeling off the cabinets in a LOT of places 5.There was hair all over the wall of the guest shower 6.the recliner chair was broken and my 4 year old went to sit in it and it basically collapsed, fell on her leg and I had to rush to get it off of her after hearing her yelling for me. 7. And this one was the icing on the cake, ROACHES. Yes, roaches. I messaged someone about all of these concerns and they had offered to send someone to come by and spray for them but idk what good that would’ve done in a 7 day period plus I didn’t want them trying to seek shelter in our belongings so I declined. We paid too much for our stay to be like this.

But experience several other problems during our stay. The elevators are horrible to wait for when trying to leave the property. The parking deck design is horrible. Took entirely too long to get to and from our room while using the parking deck. The Employees were not friendly nor helpful.

Amazing time!
Absolutely loved this condo. It was such a beautiful room and great view of the beach. The parking was great too! We were able to unload right to our door from the car then move our car to the parking spot. So nice, especially with toddlers. Absolutely recommend!
