About this House
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
Shores of Panama 327 is a beautiful one of a kind unit located on the 3rd floor at the Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The condo is located on the 3rd floor, and is conveniently located near the steps, just a short walk and an option to avoid the elevators. The moment you arrive you know you've made the right choice for your beach vacation.
This condo was completely renovated in December 2019. When you step in the door, you'll be greeted by our digital guest book. Need to know where to go or what to do? Our guest book has the answers. Walk into the living area and notice plenty of comfortable seating for your group, coupled with an amazing view of the pool deck and the Gulf of Mexico. Go out onto the balcony and find the heavy duty Adirondack seating and lounge chair. This is your de-stress zone. Back in the condo, you'll find a large flat-screen TV with streaming abilities, in the event you need to catch up on your favorite show at the end of the day. There is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.
The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you would use at home to prepare a fabulous meal. We recommend seafood, it's always fresh. There is plenty of dining seating at the bar and the 4 seat dining table. The fridge and freezer are spacious, and has an ice maker. Don't worry, the dishwasher will take care of the dishes so you can enjoy the beach. There is a large front loading washer/dryer in the closet just behind the kitchen.
Just down the entry hallway you'll find the bunk room. There is a barn door on the bunk room for privacy. Comfy twin/twin bunks are perfect for the kids with storage underneath as well as in the cabinet. There is a private bathroom in the bunk area with additional storage and a stand-up shower.
Back to the entry of the condo, you'll find the master bedroom. We've given you a comfortable king size bed with comfy pillows, we do want you to rest well... There is additional storage and a closet. The large flat-screen TV should help you unwind at the end of the day. The master bathroom has plenty of storage and tub/shower.
The Shores of Panama Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with stunning views from every balcony. These spacious condominiums are fully equipped with everything you need to cook, if you wish! Also has a washer/dryer. The Shores of Panama is known for it's 14,000 sq. ft. tropical lagoon style pool. It's surrounded by the greenest landscapes around. Hungry? Thirsty? Check out the pool-side Tiki bar for a nice frozen drink, or a bite to eat from the grill.

Nice place
This place is nice. Easy access to stairs for pool and beach. The parking space is tight. We had large SUVs or trucks parked next to us and a concrete pillar on the other side of the space, which made it difficult or impossible to park on a few occassions. The condo itself is nice. The master bedroom is decent size. Master bath is small with very little counter space. The bunk room is tiny and my kids did not trust the bunk beds. One of the bed slats from the top bunk was laying on the pillows of the bottom bunk when we arrived. They slept on the pullout couch instead. The kitchen is your average kitchen. The icemaker does not make ice so bought our own. The stools for the table are wobbly and could be easily fixed with an allen wrench. Living room furniture is comfy. The patio view of the pool is good. We like the polywood patio furniture. We did use the washer and dryer. Please someone clean behind the lint screen in the dryer. There is so much lint in the machine, it prevents the screen from being pushed down all the way. Fire hazard! Overall we had a great week here! Taking care of a few maintenance issues would be worthy of 5 stars.

Check in was a breeze. Clean condo. Some appliances need improvement (washer dryer and size of coffee pot) Great views. Security for resort was a plus.

Condo 327 - Great View, Terrible Beds
The view from the balcony was beautiful and being on the third floor was convenient. Unfortunately the king bed and pillows were so uncomfortable my husband actually slept on the couch a few times. Not great for a family vacation where you are trying to relax. The check-in iPad in the hall didn't work, and the TV in the kids bunk room didn't work and the remote had no batteries. We found baby toys left under furniture so the cleaning crew didn't do a great job. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, the garbage can was dirty.

Nice stay but need some details
The overall visit was good. But the cleaning could use more detail. The master bath had a towel left from previous guest( used towel) in the shower. Also in the shower the tub would not drain. When we inspected it was full of hair. We used a straw to get it out.

Worth every dime!
We had an amazing stay in unit 327 @ Shores of Panama. The Unit is on the 3rd floor, which made it very convenient. Everything was better than expected! The view, the location, pool, live music....I could go on, but I’ll stop here. Just do it, and enjoy making beautiful memories.
