Gather with friends and family under the waterside tiki hut, at the elevated pool deck or massive screened-in balcony. Bonita & Barefoot Beaches are a 4-minute ride by car or 10-minute bike ride. Other great nearby beach destinations within 15 minutes include Vanderbilt Beach and Ft. Myers Beach. Leave the car at home and walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream shoppe and more! Amenities include private elevator, gas grill and beach essentials provided. Bring your boat or just enjoy fishing on your private boat dock!
Main Floor
As you make your way up the short set of stairs or by private elevator, you are invited into the spacious, bright living space. The main floor is a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large overlooking bay views from almost every direction. New contemporary and light décor throughout the open-concept living room, dining and kitchen. Step out of the living room into the massive, wide screened-in balcony with plenty of seating and panoramic bay views. Kitchen bursts with natural light and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with cookware, dishware, utensils, wine glasses and more. Features include quartz countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances.
Spacious primary suite features king bed, plenty of closet space, access to balcony and stunning canal views. Bathroom suite offers his and hers vanities and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed and opens to shared large screened-in balcony. Third bedroom offers two single beds. A full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combination is shared by these rooms.
Ground Floor
Third bedroom suite is perfect for a small family that needs a little personal space with comforts of a king bed and pullout sofa. Full bathroom offers large walk-in shower. Step outdoors under the covered ground-level patio with plenty of seating in the loungers and large table.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard pool. Fire up the gas grill and get your backyard, poolside family barbeque on. Explore the bay on kayaks, gliding along past manatee, dolphins and other local wildlife. Need kayaks or paddle boards for your expedition? We can have them delivered for an extra fee.
Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. Smart TVs located in both upstairs and downstairs living rooms and bedrooms.

Amazing place with beautiful water views
We enjoyed our stay here and would go back in a heartbeat. The neighborhood was quiet. The grounds are beautiful, and the house had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai taking in the views.
