Everyone loved the stay, the only issue we had was Friday night we had minimal hot water. You may want to put new batteries in the Roku remotes too. Those are the only issues, perfect otherwise and a great home!!!!

Wonderful!
I try to give honest and accurate reviews on the properties I've stayed at. Some have been nice and others not so much. I often don't give five stars as "there is always something better out there". Well this is the place that deserves the five stars. I have absolutely no complaints about this beautiful home. It was as described and more. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. I have been at other places that had internet tv that was spotty at best but this property was fast and flawless, with uninterrupted tv. The location is ideal also. My only complaint is I had to leave after one week.

Great location
Had a great stay in Punta Gorda. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of fridge room and the kayaks and beach chairs were great. Frontage on canal was messed up from hurricane and was noted by owners but was not a major issue for us.

New paradise
We are SANIBEL residence that needed a place to stay for 5 weeks. This home and Punta Gorda we’re great-good location-biking-shopping-dining very near our door. Even found a “mini” beach!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation
This house has everything! Great location close to FIsherman's Village and downtown Punta Gorda. A boat dock in your backyard if you choose to rent a boat or have one of your own. The house is spotless and well updated. They have all the toys you'll need if you like activity. A pool, kayaks, bicycles, etc.

House was very clean very quite neighborhood loved the tvs set up had no problems also spent a lot of time in pool. It was great house all the comforts of home! Definitely would recommend to anyone that would like to rent.

Great place with everything we needed
Beautiful canal home with large kitchen and pool area, large bedrooms with comfy beds, large dining table, 2 living areas, TVs everywhere, and 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Very close to Fisherman's Village. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
