Granite counter tops and island, full size stainless steel appliances and microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils round out this amazing kitchen for preparing your own meals. Smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms and Wifi are also included for your entertainment when you're not at one of the 3 pools or at the beach (a quick 5 minute walk away.) Perfect N. HHI location on Port Royal Sound.
This open air beauty boasts an updated kitchen, plush living space, dining space for 4, and sophisticated design features. A private balcony overlooks the pool and landscaped grounds.
The King master offers a full en suite bath while the second bedroom has a King sized bed with access to a second full bathroom. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Fresh towels and linens make this the perfect home away from home. The villa is complete with a washer and dryer.
This condo is only steps from one of the three pools on the property and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet gated community, 24hr security, tennis courts, and wildlife galore.
***We are located on the first-floor requiring traversing a half flight of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or elderly concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.***
**The outdoor pools are open April 1- October 31. The indoor pool is open year round. **
The Spa on Port Royal Sound is located as the Atlantic Ocean turns up into the Port Royal Sound on the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. Relax as the ocean waters roll onto the sands surrounding the villa or spend the day beachcombing for seashells and other treasures. If you prefer larger waves and umbrella lined beaches, there are public beach access points just minutes from the Spa. This gated community includes 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, picnic/BBQ area, basketball court, and beach with a pier. Please note: outdoor pools close for the season on Oct 30, 2021. Sun deck of mid pool will remain open, weather permitting! Facilities are subject to close without notice based on COVID restrictions or maintenance issues.
The Spa On Port Royal Sound is a hidden treasure! Located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC. The Spa is nestled between two historic parks - Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park. The beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary, offering a wide variety of wildlife to watch and enjoy. The beautifully landscaped gardens and lagoons create the feel of a tropical paradise right outside your villa. The Spa connects directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails. The miles of paths cover virtually the entire Island. Within a short distance from The Spa, there are several Atlantic beachfront public parks with showers, restrooms, and picnic areas. The Island boasts over 20 public golf courses, too many great restaurants to count, movie theaters, and other exciting vacation activities. In addition, there is always an amazing Outlet shopping experience awaiting you, as well as quite a few boutiques, thrift, and local shops close by to find your HHI treasures before you head back home!
Parking pass will be available at the security gate for pick-up. Please be prepared with $20 cash for the first pass. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $5 at the security gate.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $20 cash. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $5 at the security gate.

Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.
According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”
If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!
Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!

Hilton head
We really like this area. Overall good property, great location. Kitchen was amazing. Property manager was very nice and quick to answer any questions and deal with a couple small problems we had. Only negative at all was the couch needs to be replaced and the fitness center was closed and we were not aware of that prior to coming.

Nice Stay
The rental was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The front bedroom could us dark curtains to block the light of the porch light. Had problems with the t.v. in that room also. Very nice location enjoyed the beach and pools. The housekeepers could spend alittle more time to detailing and less bleach.

Wonderful retreat
We loved Hilton Head Island and the Spa On Port Royal Sound. Wonderful amenities with the pool and short stroll to the beach. Relaxing place to stay and unwind during a break.

It was a great place to stay, and I felt safe being in a gated community.
We would eat out lunch, but then cook supper at night. I will definitely be back and try more restaurants, because the ones we did eat at were great! I loved that at our property there was access to 3 outside pools and 1 indoor pool. It was awesome!
