About this House
Our freshly decorated home is located just inside the “ocean gate” of the sought-after Sea Pines gated community. You will find the beach access just a short walk from the house and the community pool is just across the street. The living room overlooks a stunning lagoon view you will love waking up to every morning! Short bike rides from Coligny Beach, Harbour Town, and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
2 private parking spaces are available right out front of the home. Upon arrival you will access the front, and only, entrance up a staircase. We provide a keyless entry for ease of check in and out. The rear patio overlooks a Lagoon full of lush greenery and wildlife.
57 Night Heron is constructed with an open floor plan featuring high-sloped ceilings and a generous amount of windows throughout. You will find smart TVs in each room equipped with Direct TV cable.
The primary bedroom is a beautiful space with lofted ceilings and windows that feature the lagoon and wildlife. Make yourself at home at utilize both built-in closets with dresser drawers. Wind down at night in our comfortable queen bed featuring a new Serta luxury mattress. The attached bathroom features a tub shower and full length vanity granite countertop with mirror space for getting ready.
The guest bedroom features lofted ceilings and windows highlighting the treetops and beautiful greenery of the forest. Make yourself at home here with two built-in closets with dresser drawers. You will also enjoy a comfortable nights sleep in our new queen Serta mattress and lush bedding.
The guest bathroom is located directly outside the guest bedroom. Featuring a granite vanity sink with wall storage for your belongings and a newly renovated stand up shower.
The third bedroom you will find up the winding staircase to the loft that features 2 twin beds and a comfortable space for the kids (or kids at heart!) to enjoy the bean bag chairs and spend time with our PS4 gaming system and games provided. There is a ceiling fan in the loft area to help keep you cool on even the hottest summer days.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your family during your stay. Stainless steel appliances and an assortment of spices and pantry essentials are available for your use. We provide a both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee pot.
Outside our home you will find a closet full of beach items provided for your use. This includes beach chairs, beach cart, coolers (ice chest is full of complimentary ice bags), boogie boards, floats, etc. You will also find an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
A weber charcoal grill is also provided on the ground level of the home. You will need to provide your own charcoal/lighter fluid/etc.
Upon your arrival to Night Heron, you will find the following items located in the property.
*Bed Linens (including extra pillows and blankets)
*Towels (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths)
*Beach Gear (beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, and an assortment of beach toys)
*Kitchen amenities include full range and oven, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot. Basic kitchen utensils provided. You will also find a Weber charcoal grill on the ground level.
*Full size washer/dryer
*Each stay will come with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and shower toiletries.
*The fireplace is not available for guest use
*Guests are required to purchase a weekly car pass into SeaPines at the main gate for $30 cash.
*Sea Pines gated community does NOT allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers of any kind.
*Sea Pines gated community does NOT allow electric bicycles.

Last trip before school
Very convenient location on Sea Island w access to south gate, beach was a short walk and bike paths everywhere. This space was also across from pool so everything right there. Gatirs to watch in back yard lagoon. Morgan was super responsive and accessible for questions/recommendations. Great week

Terrific Beach House!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was excellent, we loved watching the alligators and birds from the family room and the porch, and we enjoyed lots of bike riding. The house had everything we needed and a few perks we weren’t expecting. The outdoor shower was so nice, as was the use of beach items. We would love to rent this house again!

Sea Pines Gem
Fantastic Hilton Head location in Sea Pines. Pool across from the villa with beach access a short walk away. Villa is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a great choice for a family of up to 6 people. Excellent little outdoor patio overlooking the lagoon and sunbathing alligators. 5 Star recommendation!

Just like heaven!
The best thing I have to say about this place is location and view! It literally feels like it is built right out of the lagoon with water views all along the back of the house. This makes even rainy days tolerable. The house is very tastefully decorated and cozy. The towels were thick and gleaming white. Bedding nice and good selection of pillows. The beds were really firm and were fine for my young sons but I kept waking up from pain. I finally broke down and bought a memory foam mattress topping which really helped. I left it there but they sadly didn't keep it. Another detail that is impressive is all the beach gear! We hope to return!

Great spot
Impeccably great communication and well-managed property--refreshing after our last VRBO stay, when none of our messages were ever answered. Had everything we needed. Beach supplies were especially appreciated, as were spices, salt, pepper, etc. . . the little things. The interior is very nicely updated for those who like HGTV style. Loved the location and watching the gators & birds. Felt like a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a short bike ride or drive to the forest preserve.
