This fully renovated, single-level villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with stunning la-goon views off the back patio. Located in Sea Pines, this villa offers added privacy from the mi-nute you walk in the front gate.
The front of the villa features a private gated courtyard with comfortable seating and an out-door shower. As guests enter the renovated villa, there is an abundance of natural light pouring in. The sleeping and entertaining areas are separated by the spacious living room, providing the perfect balance to not disrupt any of your guests.
To the left of the main entrance, guests can access the laundry room and additional storage spaces. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and easy access to the dining room. The dining room is the perfect gathering space for guests with views of the lagoon. Heading back to the living room, this area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and access to the backyard patio.
Just down the hall, bedroom 1 is located on the right, and Bedroom 2 is located on the left. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, closet space, and views of the private court-yard. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door with a shower/tub combo. Bed-room 2 features 2 full-sized beds, a smart TV, closet space, lagoon views, and an ensuite bath-room. Great location!
The place was clean and convenient for the beach. Only negatives were the beds were a little to firm for our tastes, and we wished a couple of beach chairs were provided.

Perfect girls getaway
The location was great. All the amenities sea pines has to offer! Tennis and pickle ball courts closer even than the beach. The light above the stove and the outside porch fan were not working, but it did not affect our good time. Would stay here again.

Good value for money
We had a very nice stay. This is our second time to HH and Sea Pines. The only blemish is the washing machine was not functioning, and the glass windows needed some shutters for privacy. Other than that, everything was as advertised.

Great! (with a few exceptions)
Beautiful location! So close to many beach access points and almost literally next door to the Salty Dog! The only issues were the AC and the doors. The AC is set to 78 on arrival. That meant the inside temp was 83 when we arrived and it did not go down until the next day. Even with the AC, the average inside temp during the day was between 76 and 79. Livable but not great for our family. The doors to the bedroom were very sticky and loud. To seal completely, you had to really push it. Because we had a toddler, this made night time a little tricky. Other than that, it was a cute and cozy house with a very pretty view.

A nice place in a great location within walking distance of the Salty Dog cafe. Note: The shower door in one of the bathrooms had been broken and was temporarily replaced with a shower curtain when we were there.
