Terrific Week The condo was wonderful. Plenty of space and gorgeous ocean views. The property manager was VERY responsive with questions. The elevator broke down several times but was always fixed quickly. Thanks for a great week!

Clean and accommodating Loved it. Except for the renovation of the beach. The beep beep beep back up alarm on the equipment was not relaxing at all.

Gal Pals Getaway Formerly coworkers and now forever friends who have been able to get together at least once a year since 2015. Love the beach locations and this one did not disappoint! Folly Beach is a great little beach town and so close to Charleston! Hoping for a repeat (in warmer weather!😉)!

Great Location Location was great with minimal issues other than the TV’s being logged out of all apps and therefore not usable. Didn’t matter to us but it may matter to those that come after us. We weren’t in the condo enough to worry about it. Top floor is a great spot because there’s no one above you to make noise and you have a better vantage point.

Comforts of Home while on Vacation! We vacationed in July and found the Condo to be very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances were in excellent working condition. The bedroom and baths were clean and there was ample room for our party which consisted of four adults and three children. Ocean Rental was awesome to work with. We had a small problem with some summer bugs in the kitchen when we first got there and one email to them had a maintenance man come the next day to take care of the problem. The view (oceanfront) was excellent and the access to the two pools and the beach was fabulous. Beach is smooth and sandy and very clean. The only negative I would have to report on would be at both pools there are no places for shade. No umbrellas at all. The summer heat in July is unbearable and if you want to just lounge for awhile this makes it impossible to stay at the pool for any length of time. The pool water seemed clean although the sides of the pool could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Charleston is just a 25 minute drive so it was fun to explore the town also. I would recommend the Condo for any family who loves the beach and loves swimming in the pool in a relaxing and well taken care Condo.
