Great for large party We had a fantastic time at daughter’s graduation! She lives in the Guild so it’s right out the back door. Property manager fantastic and available immediately ( mother-in-law had problem with lock and they sent someone right away!) and checked in often. Highly recommend

Birthday celebration Very nice renovated property. Beds, linens decor all great. Beds especially comfortable. We were a party of 7- rented both spaces. We were not aware when renting that it wasn't a whole house- but two separate apartment linked by outside staircase and side porches. Outside seating not great- but your view is a construction site...so there's that. Very prompt communication from property. Great location- as long as you know that you will taking Uber or very long walk to most things, even though there are restaurants and bars closer. You may be (near) King Street but you are also a few blocks from highway... so you are at the top end of the "downtown" area.
