Cozy
Cozy, well decorated home nearby restaurants and shops. Not too far of a drive from the beach. Nice amenities for cooking breakfast and enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cute little cottage!
We booked this little place for 2 adults and 2 children. It was completely perfect. We easily drove to the public beaches and walked to our weekend event at the Bay Center (our main purpose for travel). I would highly recommend this rental!

Hometown Nest
In town for my 50th high school reunion. Since all weekend events were downtown, this was a very convenient location. Nice little place. A bit of noisy traffic, but tolerable. Hosts were very accommodating and the little cottage had everything we needed including friendly, quiet neighbors. Solid 4.5 overall. We would recommend and likely book it again.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

Long Weekend Stay
The Robin's Nest was perfect for our short trip to Pensacola. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown. The layout was perfect for us to have our son and a couple of his friends over for dinner and games one of the nights. Check-in and check-out were easy also.

Really nice!!
The property was great, super clean. A nice basket of snacks was there but we did wish there was coffee. No worries bc a circle k around the corner has good coffee. The property manager tried hard to accommodate early arrival for us which was very kind. Our only complaint was the $300 rental fee on top of the rates, which made for a pretty expensive weekend. Also, it is technically walking distance from the fun downtown area but it is a long walk. We drove instead and it was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

Extreme cold in Pensacola Florida
My family and I started out in Robin’s Rest, a very cute, well-appointed 2 bedroom cottage very close to downtown Pensacola, which was perfect for 4 adults to share a cosy Xmas. It had everything we needed and we loved that we would be able to walk easily around the town and to a very good vegan restaurant a mere block away. Unfortunately the “Bomb Cyclone” arrived on the first night, freezing the water and overloading the heating system. This was totally an extreme weather issue and absolutely no fault of the property owner. Thankfully Tracy from the property management company, Hometown Properties, on Christmas Eve, leapt in to help and relocated us to another slightly bigger but also 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property- Sunnyside Cottage. This was in a more residential neighborhood, on a quiet road so we traded the ease of walking into town, the historical district and the water front for walks in the quiet residential district. Both were lovely but each different. Sunnyside fit us well for the 6 nights left in the week as was a little larger for an all-adult family. However, either would work very well and Tracy of Hometown Properties was fantastic.

Wonderful stay in the Robin’s Nest
My wife and I throughly enjoyed a restful stay at Robin’s Nest. The home is perfect for walking dogs, running and is convenient to restaurants (there are some within walking distance). We recommend Gabby’s Taqueria that is a short walk from the home. We walked the dogs to Seville Square, I ran the the start of a 5k at Seville Square - the home was perfect for the two of us. Robin’s Nest is cute, clean and safe - we will definitely rent again in the future.
