About this House
Spend your next vacation or trip to Pensacola in this charming, eclectic studio featuring open concept living and a comfy queen size bed with one of a kind headboard. This apartment is part of a beautiful historic home in downtown and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, museums, etc. And it's only 10 miles from the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach.
This is a cozy studio apartment. Included is a full kitchen and bathroom along with a seating area and nice queen sized bed.
Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
You have access to the full apartment as well as the common areas in the hall and the seating areas in the garden.
We offer full privacy for all guest however we are available whenever needed.
It is best to have access to a car to be able to enjoy all Pensacola has to offer.
House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
Security Camera Disclosure:
For added security, we have 5 security cameras monitoring the following locations:
1 - front porch (exterior)
2 - left side of the house (exterior)
3 - back of the house (exterior)
4 - back patio of #8 (exterior)
5 - second floor common hallway (interior)
Cameras are on 24/7 and auto record data when motion is detected.

Splendid Overnight in Downtown Pensacola
Easy walking distance to Palafox and downtown activities. The room was eclectically designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Access was simple, parking immediately out front, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Ample amenities and a convenience store, within walking distance, if you need anything not already available. Loved it! Definitely a repeat location!

Style and every convenience you need
The communication with the host was excellent. The cleanliness and style of the studio was great. They thought of everything and it was a very comfortable stay. The road is busier than I expected and the downstairs neighbors were noisy one night but overall I would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Trip
The apartment was adorable, exactly like it looked in the pictures. Great location, great space, and great weekend. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we are Pensacola.

Great central location.
We had a great stay. The room is perfect for two. All you need is provided. The location worked great for us to visit with friends in Pensacola and was a short drive out to the beach.

My daughter was alone staying overnight. When she pulled up to the home she did not feel safe.
I did contact the manager and they refunded the cleaning fee but that was it. I feel you should include pictures of the neighborhood and surrounding structures to give a clear sense of the area.

Perfect Quaint Clean little stay
We were in town for a Retirement and This was Absolutely Perfect for Us. Very Clean and Well Kept. Prompt Communication with Hosts and Definitely accommodating.

What a little gem!
This place was so great! Stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to beach essentials! The unit was immaculate...the smell was heavenly, I meant to ask the owner what they use. The neighborhood was great and there was easy, safe parking available. The owner/manager was great. I had goofed up and out in the wrong checkout dates, and she worked with us to make the change so we didn't have to relocate...I really have nothing but good things to say about this place and will definitely return as I frequently travel to Pensacola! If I could give it 6 stars I would!

This is the cutest little place !! We enjoyed it and loved how it was decorated . Had so many little touches that made this so unique . We only found two thing that were not really a big deal 1.) the tub didnt fully drain 2.) its hard to watch the tv from position of bed . It Would not stop us from going here again ! Suoer close to fun things and 15 min from beach . It was our first time to this area and this place was perfect . Loved th coffee bar and full size fridge .

Everything was sensational!
I highly recommend this stay for a cozy getting away. It’s location is no more than 20mins away from the beach and restaurants! My partner and I had a great stay! Most definitely be booking again.
