The property was beautiful. Nice open floor plan. Lots of items included that you might need (beach towels, lotion, aloe vera), fully equipped kitchen, dog bed and toys, great converted garage to rec room. We plan to visit again!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS - 10 out of 10
The Simmons House far exceeded our expectations. The owners / managers have thought of EVERYTHING! Every little detail was covered from dog treats and dog toys to bath linens and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler) to coffee and laundry soap. Everything exceeded expectations, the decor, the beds, the pillows, the appliances, the fully enclosed fenced in yard and the list goes on and on. Not only would I / we recommend the Simmons House, but we will most definitely stay there again.

AMAZING! Book it!
The way this house is decorated and stocked is impeccable! I’ve stayed in many vacation homes and this one will stand out to me for sure! So cozy! Very close to downtown area. 3 minutes to a local grocery store. Great eats and beach within an easy 20 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay!

Lovely place!
This is our second time staying at this property! We love the convenient location, the tasteful decor, the awesome outdoor space, and how it is so sparkling clean! House is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Hosts are super friendly and responsive. It is clear they take pride in their property. We love it! :)

Family Wedding
Everything was as described and picture. Our family LOVED staying here. It was perfect for their needs and especially cozy, comfy and clean. Close to Pensacola Yacht Club where the wedding was and really close to downtown and 20 minutes to beaches. Again perfect for our stay.

Perfect house for family or friend fun
The house is just like you see in the pictures and is perfect for a family get away. It has everything you need for your stay so don’t worry about beach towels or chairs or an umbrella they have you covered. There is even a cooler for you to use. Everything was very nice and in the perfect location.

Great stay!
This was a perfect weekend gathering for our friends! We were able to bring our dogs and we all loved the backyard setup. It was a short drive to everything you need. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cozy stay!

Borders Family Reunion
Great house for 3 couples and excellent big yard for the dogs. Converted garage into a man cave - great for anyone that needed a break. Kitchen fully stocked - fun place to play games in living room. Patio/Deck great area to hang out on. Dining room perfect for meals.

Wonderful stay! This place had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and perfect if you have dogs. The host communicated well and they allowed us to have family members over. 5 stars all around!

Perfect place to stay!
The house was amazing! Beautiful decor and plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor entertainment room was a big hit with the teen and young adults, ping pong and corn hole kept them entertained. The fire pit and gas heater on the patio was perfect for the chilly weekend.

Loved it! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. This place was the perfect getaway, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—an excellent central location. The large backyard was great for relaxing, and our dogs had plenty of room to run around and play.

Great place to relax.
We were in Pensacola to visit with family for Thanksgiving. The home is great, it is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is has everything you need to cook a family meal. The beds are extremely comfortable, outdoor space is perfect for the pups, and entertaining. Absolutely loved watching Rivalry weekend football in the game room!! We had a great week and will definitely be back!!! Loved how close it is to the downtown weekend market and amazing restaurants!
