About this House
This beautiful, vintage one bedroom apartment in downtown Pensacola is the perfect place to spend the weekend (or longer). This cozy little apartment is part of a beautiful historic home and is surrounded by gardens, shared patios and is within walking distance to all the fun things downtown Pensacola has to offer. Not only is this flat the perfect home base for shopping, nightlife, restaurants, museums etc. but it's only 10 miles from Pensacola Beach!
This beautiful little flat (Apt. #4) is on the second floor of a historic home in downtown Pensacola and consists of one bedroom, full kitchen with sit up bar and a full bath.
Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
Guests enter the home's shared front entrance, go up the stairs to the second floor and then enter their own private cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities.
This apartment is in downtown Pensacola and only a few blocks from the heart of downtown.
Having access to a car is optimal to fully enjoy all the fun Pensacola has to offer.
Parking is free and on the street.
House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
Security Camera Disclosure:
For added security, we have 5 security cameras monitoring the following locations:
1 - front porch (exterior)
2 - left side of the house (exterior)
3 - back of the house (exterior)
4 - back patio of #8 (exterior)
5 - second floor common hallway (interior)
Cameras are on 24/7 and auto record data when motion is detected.

Downtown Pensacola flat
Comfortable and clean flat nicely equipped. Served us well as we were central to the areas we needed to get to, and not too far from the beaches.

Great stay
The property was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, great location, quiet and peaceful. Really appreciated the free laundry facilities as well. Will definitely stay again.

A very quiet place
It was a great stay and within walking distance of everything Downtown Pensacola has to offer. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main road and even moreso late at night. So quiet, the white noise machine on the nightstand was a welcomed addition. Beautiful building, amazing floors and CLEAN is an understatement. 10/10 Would definitelt stay again.

Pensacola Dreaming
First stay for us in the downtown area. I like it cause we were in the middle of all the leisure activities. Good food and baseball!! Wanted to try something different than beach condos. My wife thought the bed was too soft and a problem for her back… other than that everything was great! I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Great stay/ spring cleaning
We enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying there again. But...Honestly,the apartment was overdue for a thorough cleaning beyond the basics. The shelving was dusty. Dust bunnies under the bed. Cobweb in the corner. Everything else was fine.

Just Right
We just needed a spot for a night and this was perfect for 2. Spotless and comfy and walking distance to downtown fun. Also well stocked - we didn't need to cook but looked like it had everything one would need for a longer stay as well.

We will be back!
The room has beautifully finished wood floors and ceiling, a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a full bath. We really liked it. And, it was about a 10 minute walk to downtown. This was my first VRBO stay. It was a great experience!

Beautiful and convenient!
What a beautiful property. It was lovingly styled, with an extremely comfy bed, everything you could need for a visit. And, it was so clean! There was a glitch with the VRBO app not sending check-in instructions and the property owners were extremely kind and fast in getting us the information so we could check in. They remained responsive and kind the entire time. Great place with a sweet little breakfast place just down the road. I’d happily stay there again!

Amazing comfort zone
I loved staying here although small I felt like it was just enough for me and my spouse felt like it was a good place to sleep in and to wake up and make breakfast!! Or go for a walk in the downtown area

Perfect!
Mrs. Kim accommodated us in a way that other rentals/hotels would never. She and her crew were so kind and wonderful! The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s the perfect place for a weekend trip. It’s in a convenient location just minutes away from brunches, brewery’s, and really nice restaurants. It was so quiet and overall just the best experience. We can’t wait for our next beach trip as we already agreed we’d definitely come back and stay at Mrs. Kim’s!
