2. No Smoking in home or on balcony
3. One Dog up to 25lbs welcome, (non-refundable pet fees apply; pre-registration is required).
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

My daughter and I came to Pensacoa for a quick beach trip before she started her new job. Loved the apartment. It was the perfect size for us. The neighborhood was very quiet & not too far from anywhere we wanted to go.
