Enjoy all downtown Pensacola has to offer in this updated stylish two bedroom one bath apartment in downtown Pensacola. This farmhouse apartment has everything you need for your stay including beach accessories, Roku smart tvs, and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher).
This apartment is 1 mile from the heart of downtown and 10 miles from Pensacola Beach. If you want to enjoy Perdido and Johnson's Beaches during your stay, they are 20 miles away.
This comfortable open floor plan home has everything you need to enjoy your time exploring Pensacola. Each bedroom has it's own TV and the living room has comfortable seating for all guests and a 55 inch Smart TV. The kitchen provides all the necessities you need for those that want to prepare their own meals at home. Guests can comfortably dine on the open seating bar.
Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
Guests access the home via keypad and have free designated parking for this apartment.
Our hope is that you have a wonderful stay at our home while in Pensacola. We are accessible by text messaging, email and phone whenever you need us.
Located in downtown Pensacola in a nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a beer and trivia night at Emerald Republic Brewing just steps away, or a ball game at Maritime Park. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a short distance away.

Don't let the outside influence your decision, this apartment is so cute inside. It looks exactly like the pictures.In a great location and equipped with everything you need. Bed was so comfortable and apartment was very clean.

The house is very close to downtown and near a park for children and dogs. Great restaurants nearby!

Don’t let the outside fool you
My wife and I were dropping of our two kids at Pensacola Christian College. This place was great. The outside doesn’t look like much (small apartment duplex) but the inside is gorgeous. All new and very stylish. The master bed is super comfy. The kitchen has everything you need. They have beach towels (2), umbrella and one folding chair which we used at Pensacola Beach which was about 20 mins away. The apartment is in a neighborhood that is climbing back from being run down. Perfectly safe and pleasant. We walked and jogged several mornings and saw no shady characters. We saw people walking their dogs. There is a park 1 minute away which is new. You are close to downtown Pensecola with this rental. You are 12 mins from Pensecola Christian College and 15 from the airport. You can also get to Walmart and many chain restaurants in about 15-18 mins from this place. Kim answered all our questions and was very responsive. I loved have a tv in each room. Great place!!!

The house was very clean, well stocked with all essentials and was just as described in the listing. The host was very responsive. The rental is in a great location. Close to downtown and the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.
