Guests can access the entire house
This home is perfectly situated in downtown and next to the Bay Center. You can walk or ride very easily. Enjoy the quiet historic neighborhood with lots of charm. Walk to happening Palafox street or take a short ride to the beach
Off street parking comes with the rental and there is lots of additional safe, lit street parking as needed
Off street parking and full laundry. Updated finished and a fully stocked kitchen. Brand new bikes and a New Orleans style courtyard with lighting and new furniture. 65" Smart TV and HiFi sound.
House Rules:
No more than 4 total overnight guests.
No more than 8 total people in the house at any time.
No Parties ever.
No Smoking in the home.
No loud noise after 10 pm.
No shooting of fireworks on the property.
Thoroughly clean any utensils, pots and pans after use.
Put things back where you got them.
If you break something or find something broken, contact the host.
There are two bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee will apply
Departure:
Leave linens on the bed.
Place all used towels in the bathtub.
Set thermostat to 60° in winter and 80° in summer.
Load dishwasher and start.
Make sure all pots and pans are clean.
Turn off all lights.
Turn off TV and electronics
Take out all trash and recyclables
The cleaning team arrives promptly at 11:00am on your check out date so please be respectful of their time. Please don't hesitate to call us for any reason.

Lovely home
Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Private area with bbq grill and hot tub was amazing. Nice front porch to enjoy your morning coffee on. Close to several restaurants. Just a short drive to Pensacola Beach. The owner was very good about contacting before our arrival with check in instructions.

Another GREAT stay!
We enjoyed staying here so much last year that there was no doubt to stay here again this year. The house is in a safe quiet neighborhood and so close to just about everything. We look forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and beautiful when we arrived. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Highly recommend a staying here and the hot tub was a nice bonus. House was close to everything but the courtyard and the layout provided a nice sense of privacy.

Quaint
Visited my son who is stationed in Pensacola. It was the prefect place to relax and catch up. We had 3 days planned out, but my son suggested staying home one day since it was such a cute place. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Half way between base and Pensacola Beach, close enough to bike to the Main Street which has abundance of restaurants. We would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!!
We had a perfect stay! Will definitely stay here again. Perfect for a family or 4 adults. Loved riding around downtown on the bikes and location couldnt have been better!! Our host Josh was friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

Look no more, this is the place!
Wow! This home is gorgeous! Don’t let the outside picture mislead, this home is huge! A lot of room to move around. The neighborhood is quiet but full of such nice people. We rode the bikes throughout the neighborhood several nights and enjoyed seeing the homes in the area up close. A very short drive to the beach. The owner was responsive. We will definitely book here again! This home is a MUST stay when in Pensacola!

Host was responsive, the place is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Wasn't sure about it being a historic building and if that would mean loud or broken stuff, but it was well renovated and well setup. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing House and Great Location
My wife, her parents and I really loved this house. There was really good communication from the owner with easy directions to follow upon arrival. The house was really nice and comfortable. We really liked the neighborhood as well. We highly recommend staying at this place.

PCC Graduation 2022
Everything at the property was great. We were 7 minutes from the college and around 12 from the beach. It was a perfect location for what we needed. Very clean and neat place. Great beds and bathrooms.

Great time - Great location!!
We loved our time in Pensacola! We had beaches easily accessible. Downtown dining and wandering just a few blocks away..and Josh was great about dropping off a couple of things we needed and didn't have in our luggage. Wish we had more time to wander on the bikes and enjoy the area..but we had a superb time! Loved the courtyard for hanging out and being able to decorate with sidewalk chalk for the kiddos and sip adult beverages for the rest of us! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Excellent Vacation
Property met our family of four’s needs for space, amenities, location, safety, etc. Neighborhood was convenient to city amenities, many within walking distance. Drive to Pensacola Beach is easy. Josh was an attentive and fantastic host. Would definitely recommend!
