You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect for vacation or business
I booked this place because there were 3 of us attending a medical conference nearby. The hotel where the conference was was sold out, as was their "partner" hotel. This place was closer than any other hotel and the fact it had 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was perfect. The check-in process was pretty seemless, coded door entry, if I were forced to offer one gripe, it would be that the door code is a bit long, I had to look it up on my phone every time I had to get in. That said, once we entered, it was great. It was SUPER clean, well stocked with towels, and enough amenities to get you though a day or two. The complex had an outdoor pool and hot tub, and great access to the beach, and it ALSO has in indoor pool, indoor hot tub, a small steam room and a small sauna. Great for when the weather doesn't cooperate. The balcony at the room was great for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. It was also nice to have a common space for us co-workers. We could gether in the mornings, have coffee, and walk over to the conference together. I would 100% recocommend this place for vacation, or business travel. Well worth the money!

Exceeded Expectations
This property is in the best location is the orange beach/gulf shores corridor. The balcony view of the pass into the Gulf was stunning. The low occupancy beach was amazing. We were there on a busy spring break week and the Grande Point beach area was never crowded. The unit itself is larger than we were expecting. We will be staying here again!

Quiet, clean property
The layout of the unit was great for our family of five. We enjoyed being at the quiet end of the beach. The unit was clean and the property managers were communicative and easy to work with. The unit could use a bit of updating/maintenance, but we did not have any problems or issues while there.

Family Trip
This place was really nice. The view from the patio was spectacular. Close to the beach. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths all attached. Rooms were big. Liked that it was an end unit. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Needed some extra blankets or throws. All of the appliances work, some of them very loud. Might want to tell cleaning crew that they need to clean all of the mirrors as someone left a message on the mirror in the primary bathroom but you only saw it when the mirror steamed up. Property management were very responsive and the check in process was easy.

During the process I would receive one communication from VRBO and another from Alabama Getaway and they did not match. I got a message saying I was scheduled to stay in another complex which was totally wrong. I should have been notified that the indoor pool was closed. I would not have stayed here. I had a 10 yo with me and she was looking forward to swimming. This could not happen. Dont think my family will use your service again

Beautiful, clean condo
We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and being able to walk to eat dinner if we wanted. Communication with the property manager was easy and always a quick response. But definitely recommend this property to someone wanting to stay in this area!

Beautiful location and condo
Working with Alabama Getaway was a great experience. They were on time with every communication and answered all questions very quickly. I had no problem with checking in or out. Condo was decorated nicely and very clean. I will definitely use them again.

Nice and clean but NOT baby proof
We traveled with 4 toddlers and 2 school-aged children. We loved every minute of it, but we had to take some precautions upon arrival. The coffee table in the dining room is not the same as the one pictured. It was a round metal base with a large glass top resting on it. There was nothing holding the glass top in place, so it would move around when nudged. It easily could have been pushed off the base. We quickly hid that along with some other breakables, and proceeded to have a lovely time!

Spacious Condo
Condo was very nice & spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the complex was peaceful. There was rarely people in pools or hot tubs. Beach wasnt very crowded and it was a great spot for fishing. Patio was spacious with wonderful views. We would stay here again.

The place was very clean and a nice place to stay, I will pick it again, only problem was only one shower had enough water pressure to shower, so we all had to shower in one shower, it was 6 of us.

Our escape from winter in Minnesota was awesome!
The people at Grand Pointe were so friendly and inclusive, even to guests like us who were only there for a few weeks. I've never experienced anything quite like it. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for two weeks of our stay due to tile work going on in the lobby. One of our group needs the pool for therapy for a bad back. Of course the outdoor pool wouldn't have been an option for this time of year, but it too was under repair. I was surprised the owner wouldn't have known about the work being done and the possibility of the pool being unavailable. The unit itself was great and the location of Grand Pointe was awesome! Such a quiet, secluded part of the beach! I hope we can be back next year, with all improvements to the lobby, pool, etc. being completed.
