Wonderful experience
We came down for a concert at the wharf. Our experience at the Phoenix three was effortless. Very clean accommodations super close to everything we needed. Would recommend 10 out of 10 for anyone that needs a place to stay overnight.

Brief vacay
The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and maintained. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that only 1 elevator was working and being on the 14th floor was problematic.

Awesome view!
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to our needs. The view was beautiful. I found the sound of the ocean very relaxing. Everyone has been super friendly.

Great stay!
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the location, beach access, cleanliness of the space and ease of communication with the property. We would have preferred a better bed mattress as it was well worn and much too soft/uneven for us to get adequate rest. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful beach condo
Really enjoyed our stay here, very clean and well-equipped space with everything you’d need for a weekend at the beach. The beach is super easy to access and wasn’t crowded at all. Thanks to an earlier review, I brought along our Chromecast and it was easy to set up on each TV. We had an issue with the door key code due to an extended stay, but it was fixed within minutes, great response time! My only suggestion is to provide an extra trash bag and roll of TP for a longer stay.

Hands down best place on the beach my little family of 4 have ever stayed!!
First off communication with the owners couldn't have been any better! The responses were very timely and helpful. The condo itself is so cutely decorated it made my little family of 4 (kids 12 and 10) feel right at home! The master bedroom is very spacious and love how the bathroom has an entrance from the living area as well as the bedroom so you can just pass right on through. It was sooo clean when we arrived. (Which I still don't know how because I am very OCD about keeping the sand out but it managed to make it into the condo.) The view from the balcony is awesome and was just the cherry on top of this perfectly cute condo. Since it was such a great place to stay and an all around amazing experience for us, we will definitely be booking again with Rhonda for any of our future endeavors!

Little Slice of Heaven!
This is the best condo we've ever stayed in. It was comfortable, had all the little things we needed while away from home, and being on the 14th floor the view was unbeatable! We will definitely stay here again, and you should too!

Everything You Could Want For a Beach Getaway
My husband and I visited over Memorial Day weekend to see Kenny Chesney perform at the Wharf for his 50th birthday gift. Rhonda and Ken were amazing hosts. They provided detailed information that was easy to follow and extremely helpful once on the property. Their room is perfectly decorated for a beach vacation spot. The views from the balcony were amazing. We highly recommend staying here as the condo is equally as lovely as the owners!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo that was perfect for just the two of us. It was well appointed and all of the furnishings were comfy and exactly as described. View from the balcony was gorgeous! Very conveniently located near excellent restaurants and local venues.

Long Weekend No Kids.
Condo was as described. Everything was great except you can’t turn a/c below 70 and the bed is a little lumpy. I would definitely stay here again with that being said. It was clean with a great view!
