Romar Tower 4B is a two-bedroom, two-bath, cute and cozy condo. The unit features an incredible Gulf-front, panoramic views from the 4th floor.
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom
• Wood tile flooring is throughout the unit
• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.
• Washer and dryer in the unit
• The living area has a sofa sleeper
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV
• The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with a TV. There is no cable in this bedroom, just the DVD player
• Wireless internet access is provided

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

Relaxing!
Our stay at Romar Tower 4b was an enjoyable one. The condo was clean as advertised with very comfortable furniture and beds and a great balcony with a great view of the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

ITrip was responsive and very professional to work with during our stay. We had a minor issue that was resolved quickly. The only other issue we had was intermittent WiFi signal that was still being researched upon our departure. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Awesome condo
This was our first time to Orange Beach and will be returning! The condo was spacious, CLEAN & the large balcony was great. Having the table/chairs for eating/relaxing was nice, but the 2 rocking chairs made it perfect. A lot of time was spent out there and enjoying the sunsets. Was also nice having a washer & dryer in the condo. Will rent this condo again. Satisfied Texan

Great location! Clean and well kept area/condos. Daily cleaning/maintenance done to keep the grounds maintained. Easy access to shops, entertainment and food! Definitely recommend and will definitely return!

Nice location unit not clean
They location way nice property was nice but our room was not cleaned glass all over the floor in the master and there were issues with metal sticking out of furniture. Showers would not drain. We will be looking for another place to stay next time.

Good location
We had a good day. We only had one minor housekeeping issue when we first arrived, and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Communication was good, the condo is clean and in working order. It was a great location.

Romar Tower Vacation
I loved the condo and the view from the balcony. The only drawback was the renovations going on. Lots of loud noises. I guess I finally got accustomed to it. 😜 I would recommend this property. Also wish my condo had a queen bed instead of 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. When I return I know that all the noise and renovations will be completed. It is a very quiet area. Overall I will definitely return!!

Building is in disrepair
Inside the property was nice and accurate according to pictures. Outside is a mess. Pool is lackluster. Very motel like. Building needs major repairs and updating. Smoking (pot and cigarettes) on balcony by others, trash in the parking lot, and our balcony had an entire row of tile missing near the railing. No beach towels. We flew in and did not bring those. No beach equipment. ONE trash bag. No coffee filters. Everything had to be supplied by the renter. Hotel would have been a better choice for amenities. Beach access was perfect. Need more blankets and pillows. Minimal amenities at best.

The condo was very nice and easy to get to the beach. The only downside was the pool area. It needs a lot of renovations and needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise everything else was great!

Great location, but….
Great condo and great location. The only issue is this place is under construction. Which is the cause of the outside balcony be dirty. Also the pool is closed due to construction. Loud drilling and hammering starting at 7:00 am

Excellent Stay!!
Condo was very clean and updated. Location was great. Recommend Ruby Slippers on the way out for brunch and was pleasantly surprised with Live Bait for dinner. If you want a day to venture out, I highly recommend The Wharf Shopping at Orange Beach. Villaggio Grille has excellent service and food. Plenty of shopping and entertainment district. Will be returning and would have no issues staying in this condo again. Thank you!
