Experience relaxation on your next BEACH vacation at this two (2) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 910 sq. ft. condo unit that is located DIRECTLY on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.
Two (2) parking passes maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Bed
Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.
Phoenix 1095 is located at the Phoenix 1 building in Orange Beach, Alabama. This ninth-floor unit was completely renovated in 2018 and is fully upgraded with all the extras you could want on your beach vacation. As you enter the property you immediately see the inviting coastal decor and upgrades. To your immediate left is the guest bedroom with beach themed linens, Queen bed, bunk bed, chest of drawers, and a HDTV. On your right you will find the guest bathroom with granite counter tops, new fixtures, extra storage, and a shower/tub combo.
As you continue on into the unit you will find the upgraded kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops, and lots of cabinetry. To the right is the chic dining area with a round table with seating for four. Just past the dining area is the living area with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, two chairs, a HDTV, and access to the private beach front balcony, which features an outdoor dining table and a chair lounger to enjoy the breeze and waves.
Just off the living area is the master suite. Here you will find a cozy king bed, HDTV, private balcony access, and a private master bath with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and a shower/tub combo.

Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen
The Phoenix complex comes with tons of amenities including: indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall, racquetball court, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, business center, private beach access, gated access with security guard, and more. Access to indoor heated pool located in Phoenix III and Phoenix IV.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max. $55 each not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

My biggest complaint was there was no keurig. Super old school coffee pot which was frustrating. We felt the property was a tad pricey for the size/ age of it of it. The master bed was very comfortable! Great location. Just a few complaints- otherwise it was great!

Shortly after arriving, we noticed the floor in the main living space was filthy. We called immediately and a very kind lady assured us that someone would be there first thing in the morning. After a no show and getting tired of waiting, I bought my own mop to clean it so we could move on with our day. The other small issues were that the garbage disposal doesn't work which is fine but it would have been nice to know before rinsing dishes on that side and the master bath sink drains very slowly as well. With these small cleaning and maintenance upgrades, it would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Great Views & peaceful atmosphere
The 9th floor gave perfect views of the ocean. The room is close to the elevators & the parking situation was nice. The $55 parking fee was steep. The staff was very polite & helpful. Check in was easy & they had great security.

Great beachfront condo
The condo is just as listed. It was really cute and clean. Great communication before, during and after. The location is wonderful. We all really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

lovely time at the beach
The condo we stayed at was in a perfect location to be out of the way but near everything. The condo was easy to get to even with just the one elevator working. Getting in and out with the access code instead of a key was fun and easy. The kitchen and living area are open and allow for easy use and both bedrooms have very comfortable beds. A plus in my book. About the only thing stopping me form giving this unit a full 5 stars would be the bathrooms. I am 5'9 and felt like i was using a small hole in the ground to use the restroom. the toilets are so small and low to the ground, when we had been out walking all day and my legs where sore it was hard to get back up off them. The shower in the master was also an issue. It is narrow and I dont know what the issue with the door was but no matter how hard we tired every time we took a shower there was a small lake on the floor outside it. Over all though we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and even with the issues I would stay again. The views,location and price more than make up for the issues.

Orange Beach
The location was beautiful and the condo very cute. The guest bedroom bedding had not been cleaned, smelled of urine. I had to wash it 3x to get the smell out. Other than that, we loved it.

Excellent, clean condo
It was perfect for a couple days’ getaway with a toddler. The railings made us nervous at first, but when we saw she couldn’t get through them, we just had to watch her to keep her from throwing things off the edge. Everything else was perfect - very clean, plenty of linens and dishes, great splash pad and pool, easy to navigate. Perfect weekend getaway!

First time visit overall good
Had trouble with the plumbing the first night we were there, maintenance had to come and replace faucet valves in the bathroom. Could not figure out how to work the TV and DVD player we had DVDs to watch but could not figure it out, need better instructions on TV operation.

Beautiful location
Property was just as described. Great place for a family vacation. Full size bed in second bedroom was terrible but all other sleeping arrangements were great. Dryer did not dry clothes. Overall I would recommend this place.

Good location, condo good size, but dated.
Condo needs update, especially the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice size. Always love the balcony. Owner left storage closet unlocked for beach accessories, and even though we didn’t use them, that was nice! Disliked paying so much for parking passes. Really?? Why not included in the high rental?

Furniture needs updating. Management was poor. Called about smell and bedsize and not addressed.
Save your money and look elsewhere. Management was not quick to respond. Great views but smells from area come in the unit. Management said they would call back and check in. Never did. Beachball properties sucked and would avoid them.
